So my Side Project in my class got approved. Here's the first one, for the first few chapters where Uldwyn is in prison.

His "find out" part of the "fucking around" he did. He might've had this universe's version of Riven in his head, but he still did the actions. Congratulations, buddy, now everyone finally sees you, just you, and not Mara. You got what you wanted.

Fun fact: there are two references/inspirations, in a way, in this. One is him looking up at something, not unlike how Uldren looks up to Not-Mara and reaches up to her, like she's sort of an angel or a savior, only to learn he's been bamboozled. Second, is the sliver of light in the dark. It is in prison that Uldwyn meets Sparky, who becomes his light in the darkness.
