a pirate cursed with immortality by a mermaid, but you make your curse your biggest gift by seeing how the world and history unfolds. you learn about cities under the sea and outside, creatures like you and the sea looks at you like its own chil.

you can be an all powerful being who one day, by boredom, decided to create a planet and people to conduct an experiment….or to have something to watch to stop your eternal apathy. you can create emotions, people, places; you are the architect and the world, or universe, or whatever name you decide to give it, is yours.

all the places we know in this reality, in all timelines. you can sunbathe in italy in 1970 and smell the perfume of wines in 226 bc. you can be the next in command of alexander the great. or have a conversation with judas. or be sappho's muse. watch gladiators in sparta, read something in the library of alexandria, walk in paris during la belle époque, be part of the beatles. and if you are feeling silly, punch sigmund freud.

be an artist in the 60s. maybe new york or in chicago or in rome. or you can go around the world with a band or just leave, breathe, smell art of all kinds. you can be the most pretentious man to have walked on earth and you can be the woman who started a fashion revolution.

you are a writer who can live inside your books and while you live the experiences as your main characters, the book write themselves thanks to your thoughts.

you can whisper to an unicorn all of your deepest insecurities and the unicorn can give you eternal peace back. you can live in an enchanted forest where everyday fairies chose the dress of line you will wear, where you can sing with birds, where maybe a knight will find you all lost and tell you look like a miracle sent from the divine. or maybe you can live in an enchanted village with your sisters where hair braiding is sacred and flowers compliment you every morning.

you can sleep for three centuries straight without worrying you missed something important.

travel space with a group of friends. maybe complete a quests for an alien-king. or maybe you can just have fun visiting places so different from each other but that all have a feeling of home and a perfume that will forever stay in your lungs.

candyland. you are friends with skittles and there's a war between sour patch kids and snickers. you have to choose if you want the candy throne and who are your allies.

you can be a pope who hits the vape everytime you get bored of your job. smile and wave at people who call you father.

revive childhood, but the whimsical things are real. fairies show to you because you believe in them. cats talk. you can live near woods where bears raised you and in the lake mermaids taught you how to swim. maybe your neighbour can be a witch who shows you spells and makes the most delicious pie you will ever eat.

you are a star, or maybe a constellation. or maybe a planet. you will do celestial being duties or maybe just watch the rise and fall of humanity. maybe help people find their way at home or for a greater destiny.

two lizards own a podcast and you watch them debate for hours while the mouse next to you shakes his head in disappointment.

you can be part of a dynasty and people talk about you if you are gods. you eat the most luxurious food of the kingdom, your clothes will never compare to the ones of other nobles,

a world where everyone speaks in riddles and this bites you on the ass all the time because you are a "chosen one" for a quest.

the party girl everyone knows. your life is full of colours and tropical flowers and the beach and champagnes next to your best friend who is holding a slim cigarette. you wear low-rise jeans and have a tattoo on your back and one on the inside of your lower lip that says something your mother would disapprove. maybe you like to DJ. you are the centre of attention. your hair are long and you swing them around. you have a favourite colour and shade that people get reminded of you when they see it. the type of person that has people say "oh, that's so [name]" when they see something cool.

you can be the favourite student of a sensei. you can learn tricks for life you have never thought about and learn how to be one with nature herself. (or: be mother nature!).

pinterest for shifters

(aka i use pinterest to script all of the time and only finally figured out a decent formula. here's what I use. adapt as needed)

step one: create a board

this can be one board per reality or one board for many.

no matter if you use one board per reality or one for many, separate via realities. give them names. i give mine numbers. codes, if you will. universe H-1, universe B-44, etc. or you can just name them by description. marvel dr, marauders dr, and whatever else.

step two: create sections

here's a few. change names, add and take away as needed.

World Vibes (the general vibes of the entire reality)

Personal Vibes (the vibes of you in the reality. yes, these two can be very different things)

Claims (face claim, body claim, voice claim, whatever else you want to add in here)

Belongings (things you own or that you want)

Pets (what they look like, toys, little hats, etc)

Outfits (what you wear. collages, individual outfits, and other people's fits are great options)

House (can be divided into multiple houses or even separate rooms. just where you live and what that looks like)

Room (your place, your sanctuary. it doesn't have to be exactly right, but it should fill you with some level of comfort)

City (where you live, places you frequent, the general vibes)

Camera Roll (photos you could potentially take in your reality)

Playlist (can be either just the songs or lyrics. i'm a fan of finding lyrics and putting them into this board. just for funsies)

Posts (if you have social media, just ideas of what to post, like youtube videos, instagram captions, funny twitter posts, or whatever else strikes your fancy)

People (can also be divided into friends and family, different friend groups, or whatever else. depending on the person, i might give them their own whole section. this is usually for my very best friends or the people closest to me. this would be a great place for an s/o board as well)

step three (optional): create a + board

this is for things that you can't find a spot for on the regular board, but know it's something that you want in that reality. put it in the + board. i usually title these with names, so jason+ or alex+.

and that's it! fun times!
