Ghost x Reader
Reader! finds hostage children during their mission and can’t leave without making sure they’re okay.
————————————————
“Quinn! Where are you going?” Captain Price yelled in the comms, watching as you departed from the team, Soap cleared the area before turning to you. “What are you doing?”
You shushed soap, pointing down the hallway, “you hear that too right?” You could hear the sound of a child crying, you were sure of it. The team had just turned down a hallway when a child cried out. “Hear what?”
“Soap, Quinn, what’re you doing?” Price spoke again, more urgently this time, “I have to check something out, I’ll catch up!” You ran down the hallway before Soap could stop you, the sound of crying only getting louder.
There were two rooms, and as you stared through the window you could see dozens of children, ranging from ages 5-16. “I’ve got two rooms full of children, Captain, what do you advise?”
“We’ll come back for them, rejoin the team.”
One of the children was staring at you through the window, they had dried blood covering their cheek and hands, and you knew you couldn’t leave them behind. “I need to get them out now, Captain.”
“Rejoin the team, Quinn. We don’t have time for this!” He growled into the comms, “Quinn what’s your location?” Konïg whispered, “I’m down the hallway, in between two doors. There’s at least 3 dozen kids.”
“Konig, stay in position. Quinn, rejoin the team, now.”
“I can’t do that sir.”
You searched around the hallway for a key, giving up as you realised it wouldn’t be out in the open. Gesturing for the kids to move back, you stepped back before kicking one door open, turning back and doing the same to the other door.
“Is the area clear?”
“Clear, we have two exits.”
You hit the mute button on the comms, turning to face the children, “I’m gonna get you out of here, okay? This way,” you led the kids down the hallway, checking in every room before moving them further.
The door at the end of the hallway burst open, two men with guns staring you down. You immediately shoved the children behind you, unmuting yourself, “I might need backup.”
Ghost’s voice grunted in your ear, “on the way.” The two men started shooting as you pushed the kids round the corner, pulling the two in front of you into an open room. “Take cover, okay?”
They both hid behind a table as you inched back into the hallway, immediately finding hands grabbing onto you. You slammed the end of your gun into someone’s face, feeling their grip loosen as you turned in their arms.
You reloaded the gun before you shot, missing when an arm pulled your own upwards, making you shoot the ceiling. Stretching your arms back, you wrapped them around a neck, pushing yourself forwards and up as you both dropped to the floor. Your gun went flying as you stood back up, “Liv!” Ghost shouted in your ear, “fuck these guys are fighting good.”
“I heard shots, tell me you’re okay.”
“I’m okay, I just nee-“
You were shoved against the wall as a knife was pressed against your throat, a third guy keeping you in place as the other two got up from the ground. One of them dropped to the floor before they had even found their footing, Konig appearing from an open doorway, disarming the guy who was holding onto you.
Ghost came flying around the corner as you picked your gun back up, both of you shooting at the guards who came through the other door. Two, three, four of them dropped to the ground in a heartbeat as Ghost pulled you through the open doorway.
“You hurt?” He whispered, you shook your head, “listen, there’s two more kids, you need to get them out of here.”
“I’m not leaving you.”
“No, you just need to get these kids out of here, please, baby.”
“Two more kids coming.” He spoke into the headset as he kissed your forehead, the both of you leaving the room, you pointed to the children behind the table, watching as Ghost shielded the doorway.
You turned your back to them as you heard someone come up behind you, shooting them twice. “Konig, come in.” The hallway was full of bodies, but you couldn’t see Konig, or the guys he was fighting.
“Konig!” You shouted in your headset, “Price, call him in!”
“Konig, come in.”
The radio stayed silent, you checked the area before pushing the door open, finding Konig laying still on the floor, “shit.” You ran towards him, pushing his armour out the way to check for a pulse, “he’s knocked out.”
“Get him up, and get out of there.”
You couldn’t answer as a hand covered your mouth, two more gripping you tightly as they shoved you over their shoulder. “It’s the pretty one.” The man in front of you smirked, gripping onto your cheeks as you kicked and punched.
Another set of hands gripped onto your arms, pulling them back painfully as you heard your bone snap, feeling cold cuffs on your wrist, “No! Konig! SIMON!” You screamed as you were being carried out of the room, feeling the soft pinch of a needle at the base of your neck.
The last thing you could see was Konig’s still body, and the masked man behind you, a phone to his ear, and a grin touching his ears. “We got her, Captain.”
By the time Ghost had reached Konig, you were already in the trunk of a van, Konig still knocked out on the floor as Graves and Soap shook his body. Ghost ran towards the door, spotting your gun discarded on the floor. “I need to go after her.”
“No.” Price growled, “we can’t lose another person.”
“Are you saying she’s already dead?” Ghost refused to believe it, if he started running he could catch up and save you, the team had no idea of where the second base was, if he didn’t find you now, he never would.
“If you go after her you’ll both be dead, get Konig and get the fuck out of there.”
“I can’t just fucking leave her!”
“You can and you will, that’s an order.”
Graves watched as Ghost’s entire body shook before going still, the door slamming shut as he turned back to the three of them. He didn’t speak for the entire drive back to base, he didn’t speak when Gaz asked where you were, he didn’t speak at all.
Back in his quarters, Simon stared at the photo of you both, a single tear dropping onto the paper as he realised he’d lost the only person he’d ever truly loved.
How was he supposed to go home if you weren’t there next to him?

Sorry if that was terrible, as I don’t usually write COD related imagines/stories.

Toxic- Spencer
Spencer Reid x Fem!Reader (I don't like y/n so I use random names) Warnings: angst (?) violence Prompt: Spencer knows she loves him, even if those feelings weren't reciprocated, he didn't think she would leave him (we all know Spencer wouldn't act like this) ---------------------------- Allie had been in love with Spencer since the moment she stepped into the BAU, it was a known fact around the office, one that Spencer only noticed 5 years later. Spencer seemed to take advantage of Allie's love for him, something that Allie didn't mind, trips to get coffee, trips to get paperwork, doing a task on a case that he didn't want to do, she always agreed.
Derek and Emily would often tease her for how fast she'd say yes to Spencer, none of the team taking notice to how Spencer's requests grew bigger and bigger as time went on. Simple trips for coffee whilst on a case turned into shopping for him after work, grabbing some paperwork turned into doing some paperwork, cleaning a spilt drink turned into cleaning his whole apartment, yet Allie still didn't mind, instead she just waited for the day that Spencer realised he loved her too.
That day didn't come around, when Maeve and Spencer started dating, Allie noticed that Spencer was sneaking around, making sneaky calls on cases and making Allie wait outside his room all night until he came back. When Maeve died, Allie used her key to check on Spencer every day, though that stopped when he threw a book at her, just missing her cheek by a second.
When Spencer was arrested in Mexico, Allie was the first person to turn up at the jail, and the last person to visit the prison before his release. Allie was the one checking on his mom, keeping his apartment tidy, visiting him weekly, and figuring a way to get him out of jail. Yet she was the last person Spencer spoke to.
It was even worse when he started dating Max, the only time he would talk to the girl was when he was asking her to do something for him. Allie realised she was too attached when Cat Adams used her as an example of why Spencer is a bad person, yet she still waited.
After Cat was arrested for the last time, Spence and Allie didn't talk for a week until he apologised, promising to be a better friend. He stayed true to his word, but Allie felt herself falling for him more and more.
After a bad run-in with an ex boyfriend that left her bloody and bruised, Allie turned up at Spencer's apartment, Spencer cleaned her up and Allie agreed to stay there for the rest of the week. By day 4, she had heard Spencer fuck another girl every single day and night, and she had had enough.
"Hey, Allie." Cassie smiled happily as she walked into the kitchen, wearing only Spencer's shirt. Allie was sat on the kitchen counter, eating a bowl of pasta, "hey Cassie." She responded quietly, looking away from the girl.
Cassie busied herself with making food, whilst Allie cleaned up her dishes, "why are you making food?" Spencer asked as he joined the girls in the kitchen, Cassie shrugged, "got hungry."
Spencer glanced to Allie, "didn't you just make some food?" Allie nodded, pointing towards the dishes she had just cleaned, "did you not make us any?" Cassie awkwardly sighed, walking up to Spencer and whispering something to him before kissing his cheek and heading back to the bedroom.
Allie's heart ached, wondering what Cassie had that she didn't. Why couldn't Spencer see that she was right there.
"I think you should go home, Allie." There was no emotion in Spencer's words, but the look he gave her was pure hatred.
"What? You were the one who said to stay for the week, Spence, what if-"
"Don't fucking call me that, just grab your shit and go."
"What is your problem? I've always called you Spence."
"My problem is that you're so obsessed with me and its annoying! You're nothing but a stupid, selfish stalker!"
Allie felt her heart drop, "stalker? God, Spencer, we're friends, we've been friends for over ten years and I'm all of a sudden a stalker? You invited me to stay here for the week so that I don't possibly get killed by my stalker ex boyfriend!"
"He'd be doing me a favour, now please leave, Alison."
Allie took a step back from Spencer, in their time of being friends he had never called her Alison. The only people who called her Alison were Hotch and Strauss, "he'd be doing you a favour?" She whispered, those words only just processing.
"Yes, Alison, I hope he kills you so you can finally leave me alone."
"You want me to leave you alone, fine. But never, ever, wish that shit on someone." Allie walked into the living room, picking up her to-go bag, tears freely dropping from her eyes.
"Do you ever stop crying?" Spencer asked as he followed her, "do you ever stop being a cunt?" Allie swore she saw Spencer flinch at her words, insulting someone was something she never did, but she no longer cared.
After a quick check that she had everything, Allie walked towards the front door, "it was nice knowing you, Dr Reid." The door slammed behind her as she practically ran towards her car, tears clouding her vision as she hurriedly messaged Emily.
The drive to the BAU was about half an hour, but Allie knew it was her only option, she'd had enough of being a pawn for Spencer Reid, and she'd had enough of seeing his face everyday.
Grabbing her badge and gun, Allie sped walked into the building, hoping that Emily had read her text message and was still in the building. "Allie! What are you- oh, oh! Allie!" Penelope called after Allie as she rushed into Emily's office, thankfully seeing her still there.
"What's the problem?" Emily looked up from her paperwork, dropping them once she saw Allie, "tell her no, tell her she can't go." Penelope whispered in the doorway as Allie presented her badge and gun to Prentiss.
"I'm resigning from my position of SSA Allison Woods, nothing you say can change my mind."
"You have to give us two weeks warning if you're resigning."
"Then I quit, effective immediately."
--
Allie didn't go home that night.
Allie spent the night in her car in the FBI parking lot, her box of stuff shoved on the floor. Pictures of the team, drawings from the kids, her mug, the mug Penelope gifted her, and her box full of 'lucky charms.' She watched as Rossi pulled into the parking lot first, parking a few spots away from her, then Emily pulled in 20 minutes later, then Matt, and slowly, Allie watched as the team went on with their normal days.
Allie pulled out of the parking lot for the last time at around 11am, leaving the building she had been in for the past 13 years. Her house was dark when she arrived, lights off, doors shut, windows shut, no signs of any break in, but she still kept her hand on her personal gun.
Walking in slowly, she flicked the lights on, checking no one was in the entre way before closing the front door, her box and bag dropped to the floor as she was slammed into the door. Her gun slid across the floor and her elbow quickly connected with a face.
Her ex flung back as Allie opened the front door again, one foot out of the door when he grabbed her arm, throwing her to the floor. "Alex what the fuck!"
Alex locked the front door as Allie dove for her gun, grabbing it and sprinting for the back door, a gunshot sounded, and she felt wind pass her as the bullet skimmed her shoulder. She didn't stop running as she clicked the safety off her own gun, shooting blindly at the guy behind her as she ran to the bedroom.
Allie locked the bedroom door, running to her ensuite and locking herself in there too, the sound of banging was loud, and the sound of the door breaking was louder. Allie grabbed her now smashed phone from her pocket, clicking on the first contact she saw, before her finger could click the call button Allie fell back as a bullet hit her skin, her phone and gun falling out of her hand as she hit her head off the floor.
The bathroom door broke, and Alex threw himself in the room, gun pointed at Allie, "I told you he wouldn't love you like I did."
--
The team gathered in the meeting room, finding both Emily and Penelope blankly staring at the badge and gun in the centre of the table. "Who's leaving?" Rossi looked at everyone in the room, but everyone shook their heads.
"Where's Reid and Woods?"
"I'm right here." Reid walked into the room, and Penelope glared at him, barging past him as she left. Emily cleared her throat, "Alison quit last night, effective immediately. She no longer works for the BAU."
"What?" Tara whispered, "but, she loves this job, she wouldn't just leave."
"Well, she did. There's no case for today, so paperwork. That will be all." Emily left first, heading towards Garcia's office, leaving the rest of the team.
"She's really gone? She just.. left?" Spencer spoke first, picking up Allison's badge, confirming it was hers. "No, she wouldn't."
"It doesn't make any sense, she wouldn't just leave without saying goodbye." Luke sat down, picking up his phone, "what are you doing?"
"I'm giving her a call, might go and stop by her place." Luke rang her number, the call immediately going to voicemail, "I'm going to her place, her phone never goes to voicemail." He stood up quickly, but Rossi held a hand up, "wasn't she staying with you, Reid?"
The five of them looked at Reid, who stayed silent, "Alex is out of jail right? Didn't you say she could stay with you for the week until the restraining order is in place?" JJ asked, and Reid nodded his head.
"Well then, where is she?" Luke asked, taking a step towards Reid.
"She left."
"To where?" Matt demanded, staring at Reid from across the table, "I'm not sure."
"Why'd you let her leave without knowing where she's going! Alex promised he'd kill her when he got out, and you just let her go?"
"We got into an argument, I told her to leave."
"You told her to leave?" Rossi asked calmly, "Are you fucking stupid, Reid?" Matt shouted, grabbing his gun and badge, "if she's hurt in anyway, it's on you."
The door slammed open as Penelope and Emily ran in, "we have a problem."

Lover Boy Spencer Reid x Fem!Reader Warnings: None Prompt: The team meets the girl Rossi and Hotch saved a few years back, little do they know she's Spencers childhood friend (I hate using Y/N so I'm giving her a random name) -------------
"Rossi I'm telling you, I will be fine, I'll have you and Hotch by my side, I can handle the BAU."
"It's not you I'm worried about kiddo, we've already got one genius on the team, now we'll have two!"
You laughed at Rossi, knowing he was just trying to calm both of you down, it was your first day officially working for the BAU, alongside the two men who had saved you 8 years ago. "Audrey, remember, if at any point it feels like too much you can step out, Hotch and I will be right here." "I'm not a little 16 year old anymore, old man, I'm 24, I can do this." "I know you can."
Rossi opened the doors for you, letting you walk in first, Aaron had gave you your credentials and gun yesterday, the rest of the team were at home on their day off, but he had dragged you in to do introductory paperwork. The whole team were waiting for you and Rossi, as you could see them through the glass window, all their backs turned so they couldn't see you, though it looked as if Hotch was giving them a scolding, "he's probably just telling them to be nice, don't worry." Rossi messed your hair up, and you rushed to fix it as Prentiss turned around, quickly tapping JJ on the shoulder as you pushed the door open. The rest of the team turned to you, but you could only focus on one face, "Spencer?"
"You know Spencer?" "You know Audrey?"
The boy genius stood frozen, his mouth opening and closing like a fish before he finally found the courage to speak, "what are you doing here?" His voice cracked as you slowly walked towards him, watching in confusion as he took a step back when you reached out to him, "Spence?"
"I- I can't do this right now." He turned away from you, speeding towards his desk and burying his head in the first book he grabbed, you looked to Rossi, "you didn't tell me he worked here."
"We didn't know that you two knew each other."
"I grew up in Vegas, we went to the same school until he went to college at 14 and I, well you know." Hotch and Rossi nodded, "just give him some time, kiddo." Rossi patted your shoulder, walking off to his own desk as the rest of the team crowded around you.
"I'm Emily, this is JJ, Morgan, and Garcia." Emily pointed to everyone as she said their names, your gaze stopping on Garcia, admiring her clothes, she shrunk back under your stare, "she's so intimidating for a short person." She whispered to Morgan, not very quietly as you had heard her, "sorry, I love your dress, where'd you get it?"
Garcia copied your excitement, "I bought it at this little store in the city, I love your dress, you look like a barbie doll!" You were wearing a long pink dress, pink flats, a white bag and a white blazer, you looked like the lawyer version of barbie if her hair was black. "Thanks! Haley bought me this dress for Christmas, said it suited me perfectly."
"You've met Haley?"
"And Jack," you nodded your head at Morgan, "I spend Christmas and my Birthday with them and Rossi."
"Do you not spend it with your family?"
"My family aren't exactly alive, Morgan. Well except my brother, but we haven't seen him in 7 years really, not since Hotch and Rossi found us. It's weird really, one second he was in our hotel room and the next he was gone, haven't heard from him since." You rambled as you stared at Reid, he looked so much different now, his hair was curly, he no longer wore glasses, he was a lot taller, he was hot.
"Pretty Boy will get over whatever that was soon, I promise."
"Well when your childhood friend who went missing 10 years ago shows up at your workplace, you'd usually be happy they're at least not dead." You mumbled, pushing past the team to walk over to Spencer, staring down at him as he continued ignoring you. "Can we talk?"
Spencer didn't even look up, instead he flipped the page of his book, aggressively, "I know it's weird for me to just show up here Spence, but please." He let out a sigh, putting his book down, "we can talk at the round table."
He walked you to another room, taking a seat at the round table, you left a few empty seats between you, "I didn't just leave, Spence, I promise. I didn't just stop responding to your letters."
"Then what the hell happened Audrey? Because last time I checked friends don't ignore each other."
"My parents were killed, Spence. And whoever did it kidnapped Lucas and I for two years, Rossi and Hotch found us 8 years ago, I wanted to reconnect with you I really did, but for my own safety the BAU brought me here."
Reid looked at you in shock, his face full of guilt, "Audrey.."
"That's not all, Lucas left the hotel room we were staying in 7 years ago and he hasn't come back Spence. None of us have seen, or heard anything, I was staying with either Hotch or Rossi for at least 3 years before I moved out after finishing college. I truly did try to find you, but I guess all I had to do was ask the people I was living with, I'm truly sorry."
Spence stood up from his seat, "and they still haven't caught the guy who did this? He's still out there?" You nodded your head, "I'm sorry for assuming, I shouldn't have, fuck." Reid tripped over a chair leg as he tried to walk towards you, falling on his back with a loud bang, "fuck!"
You let out a laugh, "it's nice to know you're still the same Klutz you were 10 years ago," you walked towards Reid, offering him a hand, he grabbed your hand, acting as if he was pulling himself up before pulling you down on top of him, the two of you face to face.
"Reid?" You whispered, staring at his lips as he licked them,
"Yes?"
"Can I kiss you?"
Before he could answer, Reid's hand made its way to your head, pulling you towards him, your lips connecting in a sweet kiss. It was like you were made for eachother, the way your lips moved together slowly, the kiss getting more and more eager as Spencer slowly sat up, his hand on your waist to steady you.
The room was dark, but the light coming from the door opening startled you both apart, Morgan stood in the doorway, "yeah pretty boy, get it on!" He laughed, wincing when Emily slapped his head, grabbing the door and slowly closing it.
You and Spencer looked away from the door staring at each other in silence for a moment before bursting out laughing, hearing Morgan shouting for Hotch outside the door.
You both were smart enough to stand up, sitting two chairs apart as Hotch and Rossi slammed the door open, "everything alright in here?" Rossi asked slowly as Hotch stared at your faces.
"Yep, just catching up on the last ten years."
"Okay.." The two of the slowly closed the door, and you and Reid listened for the sound of receding footsteps before looking at each other again, laughing quietly when you heard Morgan shouting, "they were making out on top of each other!"
"They said they were catching up, Morgan." You heard Hotch scold him. "Don't believe me? Check the cameras!"
Your face turned red as you stared at the camera in the corner of the room, Reid following your gaze, "we're fucked."
