Squid Game 2

hi beauties!

In this post I wanted to say a little about the second season of Squid Game, have you watched it?

I finished it a few days ago, but I'm only making a post now because these days I've been sick and I couldn't move from the sofa :(

However, I really liked this second season, I found it very beautiful and it literally kept me glued to the screen, in fact I finished it all in one afternoon :)

Despite this, I found the atmosphere to be much lighter than in the first season, maybe it's because when I watched the first I was younger, however, compared to this new season, it was much more disturbing, in a good way though.

The atmosphere was "heavier", but I liked it better in the first season way, even if perhaps I was the only one who felt this change.

Despite this, however, I really liked the second season, as I already said. Both the story and the characters.

Another thing I want to mention is the fact that I loved that they introduced a trans character (player 120, sorry I can't remember the names). it's a type of inclusiveness that I really liked, because in a certain sense they raised awareness of this topic and made the TV series inclusive, without forcing it though (Disney watch and learn (sorry (not sorry))).

However, in general I loved all the characters this season, even the villains, the way they were characterized, soooo iconic.

LUKE

The other day I finished the third Percy Jackson book, I just started the fourth, so NO SPOILERS PLEASE, anyway, I was shocked BECAUSE I THOUGHT LUKE WAS REALLY DEAD. Thank god, he doesn't know how either, but he survived.

I would have been really sorry if he died, well ok that THEORETICALLY he is the villan in the situation but… yk… Ok he's bad, but come on… In the third book I felt really bad for him, the poor guy is very mistreated, then I don't care if he constantly tries to kill Percy and the others, THE PRITTY PRIVILEGE EXISTS OK? I love him :).

The Maze Runner

I recently watched the Maze Runner movies for the first time (a little late I know), but better late than never!

However, I liked them a lot (except the third one, for obvious reasons (I miss you Newt (I'll never get over him))).

Then I discovered that in reality there are also books, and I'm very curious to read them, can you recommend them? are they very different from the movies?

Fall

It's finally autumn! it's my favorite season, if it weren't for school. I love the colors of autumn, the climate and the typical seasonal foods. I can't wait to romanticize this season to the fullest, somehow.

I have a lot of fall TV shows to watch, a lot of recipes to make, and I can't wait. These days if I can earn some money I will go and buy some decorations for my room :) .

Some of my favorite films/TV series to watch in autumn: Corpse Bride, Coraline, Alice in Wonderland, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Gravity Falls, Grimore Girls, the Harry Potter saga, Stranger Things, Gossip Girl, Over the Garden Wall.. .

These are some of the serious movies I always recommend for fall, none of them are particularly scary, because I hate scary movies ;).

Italy!

my countryyyy!!! How I love and hate it at the same time.

I like Italy a lot, I find it a beautiful country, landscape-wise, culturally and, obviously, we have the best food. How do you guys live without REAL pizza?

But at the same time I hate this country, like most of my peers, I think, I dream of leaving. I don't like many things here: the school system (Italian teenagers, you will understand me), the mentality of certain people, politics… but I won't go into these discussions.

From my point of view, however, it is funny that so many Italian kids want to leave their country and that just as many foreign kids romanticize it so much. Maybe even too much, like for the mafia, but that's another topic too, maybe I'll make a separate post about it.

But, beyond everything, I wonder how people abroad manage to live without certain Italian things. How can you live without all our good food, without the Italian memes, WITHOUT THE BIDET! Without Italian music which, as much as most despise it, has fantastic singers, how can you live without Calcutta or Frah Quintale (Italian singers)…

Well yes, there are many things, even small ones, that I like about my country and it will always remain my home, I will always be tied to it, but, despite this, I can't wait to achieve independence and leave.

Introducing my blog

Hello again :) I'm Adele, as I told you, here's a post introducing me and my blog.

My name is Adele, I live in Italy and I am a teenager, my age varies between 14 and 19, I prefer not to say it precisely for now. My personality is INFP, not that I understand these things, I know this thanks to the Google test, I am very shy, but I know how to speak very loudly, with the right people, I am a curious and dreamy person, with my head inside my own head clouds over. I'm also a huge overthinker, a personality trait that led me to start this blog.

Ok, enough about my character, let's move on to my interests and what this blog is about. I love all kinds of quiet activities, reading, listening to music, playing games, painting (even though I'm not good at it), walking, watching films and TV series. I especially like reading, watching films and TV series and listening to music. Oh, I also really like cooking.

So this blog will mainly be about these things, my passions and hobbies. Besides this I will also write some of my personal anecdotes.

First Post!!!

Hi everyone! My name is Adele and I am an Italian teenager

I've been wanting to try starting a blog for a while, for several reasons: Writing has always been a great passion of mine, it helps me clear my head when I have too many thoughts in my head, and it happens a lot. Furthermore, I don't have many people to talk to, I have few friends and I'm very introverted, so I thought I'd share what's on my mind in this blog, to let off steam a bit and, perhaps, help someone who is in my same situation, hoping no one I know finds it :) .

So here I am, I have finally gathered the courage to open this blog, which surely no one will read, but the important thing is to try.

I will definitely make another post to introduce what I will talk about a little better and also to introduce myself, but in the meantime, I wrote this.

I'm not very good at English, most of what I wrote is written using google translator, so if I make any mistakes don't have any problem pointing it out to me :) .
