I swear I will draw other things one day but these are really great for studying expressions and its actually the first time in months that im having fun drawing again. Who would have thought that drawing stupid faces could be so therapeutic? (well, stupid faces plus that one shot of Ligur bc I love that moment and the shot is very aesthetically pleasing and I feel like we dont talk about it enough. Crowley may be a slut but Ligur is hell’s only truly hot demon, no I don’t take criticism)

Also, curse you, Jon Hamm, for constantly making faces that I desperately want to recreate but find myself unable to capture.

I’ll probably make more of these just bc they’re so fun

Wanted to redraw some iconic moments from the TV adaptation of that one popular Bible fanfic. Once again I’m like five months late

Michael Sheen’s face is so hard to draw but nothing beats the satisfaction of having captured even just a fraction of his feral energy. I feel like most of my enjoyment of Good Omens stems from the fact that none of these actors know how to not do the absolute most with their faces at all times

the hardest part was settling on the exact millisecond i wanted to redraw because every single frame is gold… You can tell how I progressively spent more and more time on each one lol

They’re out here patching up celestial trauma, exploring every possible flavor of ineffable husbands—from soft domestic cottagecore to “what if they were enemies in the WWII but also kissed”—and they do it for free. These people spin gold out of words, gift it to the world, and ask for NOTHING in return except maybe a kudos or a “pls update”.

They bleed onto the page. They share their weird little ideas, their hyperfixations, their trauma, their dreams. They give us entire dissertations on angelic repression and demon anxiety, all while maybe crying over their own keyboard at 3am.

Honestly, Good Omens fic writers are performing small miracles daily—without even needing a flaming sword. May your coffee be strong, your drafts uncorrupted, and your AO3 tags gloriously unhinged.
