In 2016 I joined the Affinity Care group to open up a brand new department dealing with temporary and permanent staffing solutions across the UK. As the manager of @acrecruitment I often work seven days a week and long hours to ensure the service we offer is genuine, reliable and second to none. I do this because I love my job and love what we as a company stand for. I am a firm believer in recruiting only the best staff internally and externally and will give praise where praise is due. Yesterday I received the above certificate from #Cheshirewomanoftheyear2018 for my professional achievement and community service. I was nominated by a member of my own team and it has meant a lot to know I am a good boss and my effort is recognised by my own staff 😘

William is an 8 year old boy from Preston, Wirral.
William suffers from Duchenne Syndrome.
William is unaware he will today be receiving a Be Brave Bear sponsored by @acrecruitment.
Be Brave Bears is a charitable organisation run by volunteers who send personalised keepsake bears to children who are terminally ill or have life limiting conditions.
