"Comin’!" Syph yelled out as she carried the baby Gible in her arms, the little pokemon nibbling on a treat. She opened up the door and her eyes grew wide, an equally large smile joining in.

"Ainsely!" She cried out, wrapping one arm around him to hug him," Lon’ time no see friend! How ya been?"

    Ainsely was greeted to a hug from the blonde.      He chuckled as he wrapped both arms around      her to return the gesture. 

              "Hey Syph! It has indeed! Just been                 busy with a lot of things recently!" He                explained and then blinked looking at                 the baby Gible he couldn't help smile                 sheepishly thinking about a bite he got                 from one.

Trainer Schools Curriculum mandate that survival training classes to ensure that future trainers can have safe travel crossing different terrain. Trainers get the basics of how to prepare adequately when roughing it out in the wild from and instructors take their students out in the wild to give them hands on lessons on what to do in different situations. Those who want to further their knowledge in survival trainer are welcome to take more classe that delve deeper into the subject.

If you were to consider the time it takes to get from one city to the next going on a journey. It would take about few days. Often times there would be a center station in between routes and cities to compensate the apparent distance so trainers could heal their pokemon and rest for the evening.  Doubly true if trainers have to cross through mountains and different terrain to reach the next city.
