In order to “end” the stunt in a way that makes the GP and fans not look into it any further, he has to let them believe that he truly believes he’s a dad. At least, that’s the tactic his team is going with. Because, if they ended it when a big part of his fandom still weren’t believing shit about it, it would be easier for the media and GP to pick up on it and then the whole empire would be dismantled one by one. That’s what the big bosses are afraid of, and that’s why Louis and his family are now pushing it in our faces. Because if they truly seem into the stunt, then the big facade behind it will fade away, even when they finally decide to break the contract.

At least, looking into media strategy and how things (used to) go in the music industry, this is the most likely scenario that is happening. Remember: Faith in the Future. It’s a long road, but at the end it will be worth it (hopefully).

That’s the angle I was assuming they were taking. I just hope all these new fans who think Louis is such a great dad and Freddie is his carbon copy don’t desert him when they find how he’s not actually Freddie’s dad.
