Battling chronic illness and disability while being in college full time is hard to say the least. To anyone out there struggling, no matter the reason; go easier on yourself, but don’t stop. Never give up on your passion, whatever it may be. Being this ill, being in and out of the hospital, if it’s taught me anything; you never know how much time you have left. So do exactly what you want to with that time. Even if it’s hard. Take care of yourself, just don’t stop. 🧿💙

Week 5 : 3.14.2025 🧿💐

Here’s a painting I really enjoyed from this weeks reading, my to do list, a personal piece of digital art, and some messy notes on Sikhism that my favorite pen died during (sigh).

It’s getting warmer where I am and I’ve been exceptionally sleepy this week. Nonetheless it’s still been a pretty productive week! Finishing up my reading, movie, and short paper on the movie today and this weekend.

Next week is Spring Break! I am certainly still going to be doing course work as a few things are due, and I’d like to get ahead in my weekly work so that I can focus on semester projects early. On Thursday of next week I’m having surgery, so I’m looking forward to a few days of relaxing.

I’m thrilled with how this year is going so far. It’s been very stressful starting college back, but I’m grateful for the opportunity and I really enjoying learning. I’m excited for everything to come!

I checked out some artwork books to browse next week! I picked up a pin and sticker in the library! :)) I also stopped by to get some information on an opportunity I’m really excited to look into.

week 4 - 03.07.2025 🧿

This week has been interesting to say the least. Started Monday off strong with world religion work & my seated race and ethnicity class. Spent some time in the library browsing history and art books! I also started painting a table that was gifted to us.

My Tuesday was spent in the hospital :// but we push through.

Back to productivity on Wednesday. I also studied Saints for Ash Wednesday!

Studying religious pieces for my art class led to writing about La Sagrada Familia, in Spain. I’ve never seen such a beautiful church in my life. I spent a lot of personal time researching into it, i’d love to see it in person one day :,)
