for our first post, lets talk about the current situation.
for our host, he cannot switch out often. like, its hard. he’s got an intense fear of letting go of front, which we feel like isnt talked about enough. he also cannot see or hear in headspace very well if at all in some cases.
as for his fear of not letting go of front, he thinks we’d act out. which.. i don’t think is an inherently incorrect assumption. one of us might’ve acted out when we were younger, as he doesn’t ever remember acting out, but we all remember being punished for it.
