Took these little kiddos to see the el Greco paintings before they leave on the first. Not going to lie-we still have a lot to learn about museum manners so the trip wasn't entirely peaceful. But I enjoyed myself. #countsforsomething

#Juno snow day. Sheehans bought the sled last year and we stored it in our package room through the summer until now! Because we all have room to store things like sleds in our one bedroom apartments. #not #sharingiscaring

I have commented here and there and figured I might as well make it insta-official. We are moving! After 6 years of calling nyc our home we are leaving this incredible place for wide open spaces and mountain beauty. It's out to rocky mountain high, Colorado! We are excited for our next step but also heartbroken to be leaving the friends who have become our family here. And the city. The city that has become the background to all of our sweetest and dearest family memories. Well it's going to be (and has been) a bittersweet last few weeks. #welovenyc #home

The only thing better than putting a real live tree up after thanksgiving is taking out a real DEAD tree out to the trash after Christmas. Our 550 square foot apartment feels really big now after taking out the 7 foot tree. #swimminginpineneedles
