#nervous system regulation is so real in relationships but the aim to feel secure n safe rather than just only physically calm is so. hard#like nothing bad rly happened or is happening but regulating urself to feel ok kinda feels like a betrayal… does anyone get me#like oh. i have to do that? because its on me? while it is true its on u to feel secure.. it feels so much sometimes. or distant. or a#requirement in order to be loved. so its a loop of earning love really#be secure to earn love. lol#but it is healthiest ofc. this is just my thoughts while i dont feel secure
