spike's behavior in 6x11 when the social worker comes to visit buffy's house is so fascinating to me. first he's being smugly uncooperative bc he's mad at buffy but then she's like "spike this is the social worker who's here to assess if i can take care of dawn" and his demeanor changes entirely and he becomes very intent on letting the social worker know how great buffy is at taking care of dawn only he tries to do this by saying like "see buffy's very responsible bc she wouldn't let dawn hang out with me on account of the fact that i'm evil". such a puzzling thing to say but is even more puzzling because he is literally in buffy's house at that very moment. like hey man maybe you shoulda thought that one through a little more. it does get me that his first instinct when trying to assert how good buffy is is to emphasize how bad he is and how she always puts him in his place

Might have just accidentally started a bit of a feminist revolution at my mum's work after some guy made a stupidly sexist comment on their group teams call and when only my mum's team were left (all HR / management) and one said "I didn't want to call it out and be viewed as the problem" my mum asked me to explain the look on my face at the time. I said "Fuck that. Call it out. Call it out loudly. Make him feel like an idiot for comments like that. It's the only way people like that learn."

Hey so I saw that you're a nerd obsessed with Wrestling like me. So I've been on a big kick about wanting to reboot a game like the old Legends of Wrestling game, but making massive overhauls. So looking at the 80s, 90s, & 00s, what wrestlers would you want to see in a nostslgic legends game? The cut off date would be 2009

Oooooooh, that's a good one. If you're just sticking with western wrestling, the likes of The Hardys are a safe bet. I think Raven would be good, he never seems to be included in those sorts of things when he really should. If you'd want to include wrestlers from Japan too you can't go wrong with Kobashi or Misawa.

The problem with having previously been in a relationship with someone who had epilepsy is when I see TV shows that have a scene of someone trying to help someone who's having a fit, I can tell right away if the writers and / or actors have ever had to do that before... Most have no idea what they're doing and it shows.
