Is this my call to justice? Because I haven’t posted in 6 months, but this has stricken me…
I'm tired of reading Eddie Munson fics and the reader is always a cheerleader. Like I don't have the body or confidence to do cheer. And being a preppy cheerleader is not me or my style. I want a reader who is like Eddie or similar to Eddie. They dress alternatively or gothic and are shy. Or they're shy but bold and loud with their friends. They're not just all cheery and bubbly and they can't go up to everyone and hold conversations bc they're awkward. Like some really good Eddie fics reader is some prep and it's annoying.

(A/N: Everyone with ASD experiences autism differently. This is based off of my experience as an autistic person because that’s what I know. Please be respectful.)
OK so I’m currently working on three different fics at the moment so I can’t do full head cannons for all of them individually. At least not right now but-
Matt Murdock,
Tumblr media
Peter Parker,
Tumblr media
and Charles Xavier
Tumblr media
would make the best boyfriends, or platonic soulmates for someone with ASD, and here’s why.
Because of the way their abilities work they would not only fully understand, and sympathize when you’re experiencing sensory overload, but they’d probably be able to tell without you even needing to say something. Matt, and Peter would hear your heartbeat, breathing, and just being the observant little beans they are they’d notice your personal ticks, and tells on top of that. But Charles… he could literally read your mind, and know what was happening. He’d know what was causing it, what you needed, and whether or not you feel comfortable with being touched at that moment. Hell, he could even “freeze” everyone in a crowded room if that’s what you needed.
They’re also curious, open minded, and intelligent people. So they would genuinely enjoy listening to you talk about your special interests.
They’d be completely understanding of when you need space, alone time, or just don’t feel like talking.
I think all of them could do this as well, but Peter and Matt would be especially good at giving those perfectly tight hugs that you can feel all the way down in you bones when you need them. I can also picture Peter in particular getting really exited when you ask for one
Thank you for listening. Here are some more cute gifs of our favorite dorky lil brunettes for the road! ♾❤️🧡💛💚💙

Dad!Peter Maximoff Headcanons
(Peter with your child)
Warnings: None. Just pure fluff, and comfort Bebe
Tumblr media
(Pm for gif credit if it’s yours)
* Peter has Girl Dad Energy™️ Fight me.
* Since he didn’t know his own father growing up he would do everything he could to be there for his family as much as possible. Which is exactly why—
* He would be such a devoted stay at home dad if given half a chance.
* He gets like really good at doing their hair
* He also lets them do whatever they want to him.
* Paint his nails, put on makeup, stick stickers on him, put barrettes, clips, and flowers in his hair. You name it.
* He also fully doesn’t care, and will go out in public with a butterfly clip in his hair, a cat sticker on his cheek, his nails painting, and a 5 year old on his hip ready to fight god.
* Speaking of fighting
* This man would never ever raise his voice when talking to your child.
* When they throw a tantrum he calmly talks them through it
* Because it’s infinitely more important for him to understand why his kid is so distressed than to get them to ‘just shut up’
* Don’t let this man help your kid with their homework though. He will just teach them how to cheat.
* An absolute connoisseur of dad jokes
* He sees it as his god given mission to show them all the music
* He’s also fascinated by the fact that this brand new person already has their own little personality.
* He’d give you, and anyone who’d listen regular updates like a tween gossip mag on how cool his kid is.
* “Babe their tastes are evolving they like Pink Floyd now!”
* I also have an image of god father!Kurt, and Peter learning all the words to their favorite songs so they can sing to them
* Everyone just kinda looks the other way when the blue mutant, and silver haired 20 something start singing Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da by The Beatles to a giggling toddler
* Well, most everyone. At some point Scott became their unofficial hype man
* Since Peter is so enthusiastic about his kid being their authentic self the following goes without saying but-
* If your kid is AFAB and likes masculine things, or AMAB and likes feminine things he’d think it was nothing but cool, and encourage them
* If they came out to him as trans, enby, gay, bi, pan, or ace he’d support them to the ends of the earth.
* “I’m gay-” “Hi gay, I’m dad”
* He’s also the kind of parent that gives his kids real (sort of age appropriate) answers when they ask questions. Instead of making something up, or saying ‘I’ll tell you when you’re older’, or ‘because I said so’
So basically, Peter Maximoff would be an absolutely amazing dad, and there’s no two ways about it.
Now get out of my face.
