came across this pretty and welcoming house name “dilruba” meaning- beloved, on my walk while i was staying in Dehradun.It was so warm with its setting amidst the greens. I waved to the people sitting on the porch and told them that their house is really beautiful. They were really sweet about it. I looked forward to seeing it everytime i was on that trail.

Ps- I found the geometry of the roof really fascinating.

This dog accompanied me throughout the trail to a waterfall.

Their presence can be so comforting.
