Whenever my intake gets closer to 1000 calories, I feel the urge to to eat more. But when I keep my intake between 700-800 calories, I feel so disciplined and don't have the urge to eat more. Anyone else feel this way?
700-800 seems to be the sweet spot for me.

Lowkey over with eating out
I'd rather not eat at a restaurant as much. I'd rather use my calories as efficiently as possible, eating the foods that I enjoy instead of eating a possibly higher calorie food and stalling my progress. When I eat at home, I'm more in control of the calories. I actually know how many calories is in my food. I'm not gonna deal with the uncertainty of restaurant food more than once or twice a week.
If I'm going out with friends, I'd rather eat 800 calories at home, not eat when I'm around them, and just sip of 200-300 calories worth of vodka to be more social. If need be, I can just order some cheap appetizer and pretend to munch on it.
I'm happy I discovered this system.

Cottage cheese = life-changer
It's 2 AM... Got hungry to the point where I can't sleep anymore. Had strawberry-flavored cottage cheese (100 calories) and a warm hibiscus tea. Cottage cheese changed my life recently. It's better than yogurt imo. It's creamy, only 100 cals, I can do strawberry or blueberry, and it has decent protein content. It has allowed me to stay around 800 cals a day.

☀️10 ideas to keep yourself motivated☀️
(Positive mindset edition)
1. I know im probably only one who does this but works for me but weigh yourself only once or twice in a month. (You can really see the real chance after a month and don’t need to stress all the time between gaining and losing few grams everyday)🌺
2. Romantice your life, always think positive about your journey. One day at a time and even tho not seeing sudden changes be proud of yourself for pushing forward. In miserable mindset you might do bad decisions cuz of thinking it cant be worse.🎭
3. People might not notice your progress straight away but take advantage of knowing that you are changing everyday towards your goal in silence. Let it be suprise for those who thought you could never achieve it and damn it might be a suprise for yourself too ☀️
4. Change your mindset about ⭐️ving. It is not a phase that you currently doing it is a whole lifestyle change for the better and more confident you🥗 (after 21 days you develop a habit)
5. Think about future. And especially how would YOU feel after reaching your goal? This isn’t about other people it is about you cuz you are the one doing the work.🤸🏻♀️
6. Look up some cute outfits that would look so good on you after loosing all the weight. Be excited about the new you that is slowly forming🎁 Also stop using words like “wish i could be thin enough to wear this” and change them to “i will be wearing this soon” 🧠
7. When feeling like you are going to b!nge open up a tumblr and maybe even write about your feelings that you’re currently experiencing✍🏻 Also i recommend eating ricenoodles when feeling like you are going to b!nge. They have so little calories in them and they make you full. Remember to drink the spicy noodle water too cuz warm drinks make your stomach feel fuller 🍜
8. Believe in discipline more than motivation. You are your own master and decide what you will do. You gain more motivation when you realize that you have control over yourself🙅🏼♀️
9. Do daily “what i eat in a day videos” for youself. Sounds bizarre but it works at least for me! Also makes calorie tracking more enjoyable and easier.💅🏻
10. Do a star board to give yourself daily rewards when managing to stay in calorie control. One star equal one day of managing to stay under your calorie limit. After a month full of stars go buy/do something nice for yourself🐣

New System
I'm starting to shift my mindset to...
I don't need to do 800-1000 calories EVERY day. I just need to have enough good days for me to see a difference. It doesn't matter if I slip up one day, there will be more opportunities for me to have good days.
With enough good days in a month, I should see results!
In terms of recording, I mark my calendar (Google Calendar) with the calorie count. Green if it's a good day (800-1000), yellow if it's okay (1100-1200), orange (1300-1500), and red (1600+).

Eating 100g of yogurt + 5g of honey was enough to quell my hunger. I find it hard to sleep if I'm hungry, so I said, fuck it, I'll just eat. It technically fell under 11/8, but on 11/7 I did 830 calories. Proud of myself <3

Social Events Hack
I used to slip up if I'm going to a social gathering in the evening. I'd drink alcohol and get food.
Now, instead of buying drinks, I'll just put vodka + water in a water bottle and sneak it in. I can still be within my calorie goal and I'll spend less money!
So Sunday-Thursday I'll do my diet (800 cals, 1k max). Drink vodka+water if I need to go to a social gathering. I'll be more chill on Friday and Saturday. Saturday is date night, so just eat a bit before dinner. If I need to have dinner on a different night instead of a Friday, I'll just spend that cals on that day instead.
5 days of good behavior per week works. I don't want to spend extra money on food anyways if I don't need to. Cooking for myself at home works better.

Only eat when I’m genuinely hungry. If I’m not hungry/starving, don’t even bother eating. I’m probably just bored. Drink tea instead. If I eat when I’m genuinely hungry, I’ll appreciate the food more. The taste will be more exquisite. I’ll have a lot more calories too to spend in the evenings so I don’t go to bed hungry (thus preventing sleep).

I was feeling a bit weak like 30-60 min. ago. Glad I didn’t eat any more because the hunger subsided. I just need to remember that hunger is just a reminder that I’m actually doing something effective. I’m actually getting closer to my goal of 95 lbs. That weakness eventually passes anyway. Also, a lot of people fast for 24+ hours, so I’m totally fine.
