Down to 181lbs today

Last year around this time I was missing my ex like crazy. It was the beginning of covid and I drove all the way to maryland from New York to surprise him. Wind up spending three days out there with him. When I got back home he told me he didn’t have time for me because he was getting money.

I haven’t seen him since.

Today I feel so much healthier in my heart. More beautiful and less stressed.

Thank you God for putting the things I need in front of me and taking the things I don’t need away from me.

Been on this semi healthy thing by not drinking as many glasses of wine as I want at night. Drinking one glass one, one and a half the most. I started this in the first week of February and I went from 194lbs highest I’ve ever been In My life. I weighed just now at 185.7 this is about what I weighed pre covid.

This is so motivating. At first I didn’t know how it would work out because I do love wine. Being almost 10lbs down makes me want to go harder.

I’ve been adding some ddr in here and there last weekend I did an hour of ddr it was so fun. This weekend we go again.

Lost 4lbs by cutting out wine for about a week and a half. I did have a 6 pack of beer I’ve that time. Let’s go....

Woke up today and I’m feeling blessed and grateful. Took off work today so I get to relax on a Monday.
