KAYAN LAHWI TRIBE: Myanmar- are noted for their long necks with brass neck rings. Girls begin to wear the ring at the age of 5 and are replaced by larger ones as they age. They have unique marriage traditions, wherein men pay more dowry if they move into the woman’s house as a punishment.

TEQUILA: Like champagne, cognac and some fine wines, tequila can only be produced in five regions in Mexico. The sprit must be at least 51% derived from blue agave and rest made up from another neutral sprit. The agave harvest is a labour of love and time as it can take 8-12 years to harvest and can grow as much as 7 feet tall.

MAASAI TRIBE: inhabit Kenya & Tanzania. They have their own language, wardrobe, religion and calendar. The tribe is mostly polygamous, children are not named until 3 months of age due to high mortality rate. The members pride themselves on their cows and blood is part of the Diet.

SANDHILL CRANES: USA- During February, over half a million of these beauties gather along the Platte River. Emaciated when they arrive from Mexico and the Southern United States. They fatten up to migrate on to Sub Arctic and Arctic nestling grounds.
