It’s been a while but I have something in store…
Should I post it? 👀
Admin Crimson here!
So I just played the beta dlc for Baxter on OL1 and I can say that my heart is thoroughly shattered. That said, I’m also inspired. Would anyone be interested in a series for it? It would likely have Baxter as the love interest, but Cove DID have my heart first and i wouldn’t be opposed to making things about him.
What I’m trying to say here is that I’d love to get some feedback and maybe even some requests for this stuff! I’m glad to write anything that’s within our guidelines for the cast.

Hey, I wanted to ask if I could request a stray kids x oc, like idk if you want to write headcanons, short stories for each member, or pick olny one member, it really is up to you, my oc's name is Shiro and he is ftm trans and goes be he/they, and I would like to request something where Shiro is a kpop idol and part of stray kids, the member/s don't know that he is trans, and he doesn't want them to know because he is scared of how they would react, if they would accept him, since he is scared of them finding out he is basically binding 24/7, this affects his health a lot, and one day they find out, all in all just a little bit of angst, much comfort and fluff, thank you and have a nice day/night :)
Stray Kids x FTM Reader
Part 1
TW: Body dysmorphia, mentions of eating disorders (but no ed actually present), mentions of transphobia
A/N- Hi love, Crimson here. We don’t write for OCs, per say, but I am more than happy to fulfill your request with an x reader format that follows the same format you wanted- I hope you don’t mind. I also have to warn that even though I am a part of the LGBTQ+ community, I am not trans so I deeply apologize if I get anything wrong. If I do, please let me know as I’d love to fix it to represent you better! I also assumed you intended your request as platonic but please feel free to request romantic headcanons as well if that’s what you intended. I’m so sorry this has taken so long and I’ll do my very best to get out with the rest of the members asap. Have a lovely day! <3
Chan-
- Chan was definitely the first to notice something was up with you. After all, he’s your leader and incredibly attentive to you and your fellow members needs. He believes it to be his responsibility to ensure everyone’s wellbeing.
- He was worried, to say the least. He noticed how self conscious you were, how you never seemed comfortable in your skin. This fact, paired with your recent tiredness and lack of appetite made a lot of warning signals go off in his head.
- He started making little efforts- giving you extra food, offering snacks throughout the day…
- Chan is observative. He notices how you’ve been avoiding everyone recently. He’s worried, and for a good reason.
- The constant winces, the bags under your eyes, the weight you’ve slowly but surely been losing…
- Yeah, Chan is worried.
- He’s tried to subtly hint at you to come to him, he’s tried to be patient– but there’s only so much this man can take before he, against his better judgement, practically corners you to find out what’s wrong.
- He takes a calm and empathetic approach, but that doesn’t stop you from breaking down.
- Honestly, Chan is surprised. In between your begging for him to not tell JYP and your tears, he’s doing his best to calm you down. Making promises he’s not sure he can keep and overall just trying to soothe you.
- In the end, Chan keeps quiet about the debacle and even offers to help as much as possible- he’s very protective of his members- but he probably feels bad that you didn’t come to him sooner about it.

This didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would. Then again, when inspiration hits, you just have to run with it. @writing-prompt-s always seems to have some of the best ideas and places to start.
This is, in fact, yet another thing I wrote in @twst-drabbles pet AU. They know I love their AU's. -Frost
(Edit: It's not letting me format it like I want *cries*)
.
‘She’s got piles of gold and treasure and has never once paid any taxes! I’ll be blunt—If you don’t do your job and conduct the audit, I’m going to have to let you go.’
‘First, HE’s a dragon, a magic creature. What’s his, isn’t mine.’ The Silver in the video sighed. ‘Second, I don’t even know who you are, let alone know you. Please leave.’ As he finished talking, the small dragon creature flew, landed on his shoulder, and stuck his tongue out. The women looked shocked.
‘If you’re not going to pay, then I will just have to confiscate him.” The lady tried to reach ouch at grab at Malleus, who immediately spat green fire out at her. She flinched and backpedaled back, only to trip over something as she went out of the camera’s view. ‘How dare you! I will be back with the proper authorities!’ she said, before running off.
At that point, Silver paused the video on his phone. It took you a minute to rein in your laughter. Malleus, who was sitting on your lap, looked up at you with a grin on his face. Silver shook his head.
“I’m worried that Malleus actually burned her; she was holding her hand to her chest as she ran. I didn’t get to see if the flames actually reached her…” Silver said, looking at the small dragon.
Finally having stopped laughing, you look at Silver. “If she did, that’s her fault. She tried to grab Malleus with her bare hands. That’s not something even the pet’s owner can always do. You have video proof of what happened, which I’m sure she doesn’t know about.” You put your hand on his shoulder, and he looked at you. “Even if she goes to the authorities, the only thing she can claim is that you ordered Malleus to attack her, which isn’t true. As far as I know, there are no laws involving taxes on a dragon’s hoard.”
“If there are, I wasn’t able to find any.”
“This was yesterday, right?”
Silver nodded.
“Alright, I’ll go over and talk to Crowley. We’ll let the bird man deal with her.”
Silver gave you a smile. “Thanks, Yuu.” He looked down at Sebek, who was resting near your feet. “Can I leave them all with you until this is all dealt with? I just don’t want to risk anything.”
“Sure. Malleus tends to go wherever he wants, when he wants. So I can’t guarantee he’ll stay here” You said. There was a growl from the other side of the room. Both of you looked over to the bookshelf on the other side of the room.
Leona was lying down on the top shelf. His green eyes were open and now glaring at you and the dragon in your lap. The two of them never got along.
“Oh hush, you’ll survive Leona.” You told the sand spirit, who then proceeded to knock off one of the books. It landed on the floor with a thud. You sighed. “You can throw a tantrum all you want, it’s not going to change anything, Leona.”
“She’s got piles of gold and treasure and has never once paid any taxes! I’ll be blunt—If you don’t do your job and conduct the audit, I’m going to have to let you go.” “…but she’s a dragon!”

Making Candied Flowers
More of @twst-drabbles pet AU stuff! I love their writing and decided to make a little continuation of their piece with Riddle stealing Yuu's candied roses to try and recreate them. -Frost
“Okay Riddle, I looked up a recipe online for how to do this. So first off this is for rose petals, but I’m assumming we can just do this and make sure each individual petal gets coated and it should be fine.” You said, looking at the recipe you printed out earlier. You set the papers down on the counter and Riddle walked over and looked down at them. “It seems simple enough. I have plenty of sugar, and I bought some eggs the other day. I also bought some other edible flowers to try this with. All that’s left is some roses. I’m hoping I can count on you for that?”
Riddle looked up at you, his expression almost looked insulted.
“I know your perfectly capable of making roses, I just wanted to make sure you were going to be fine with them eventually getting eaten.”
His expression softened, and he nodded.
“Good, now why don’t you pick, or make, us some perfect roses while I start seperating egg whites.” You felt a blast of warm air against you legs and looked down to see Ruggie. “I’m sure, Riddle won’t mind you trying one or two when they’re done Ruggie. If not, you can try a few of the other candied flowers. They won’t be done until tomorrow though, okay?”
The wind spirit nodded before walking off. You were sure he was off to either go bother Leona or take a nap.
“Alright, lets get started…” You said, grabbing the eggs from the fridge. You began to crack eggs and separate the the whites and yolk, putting them in separate bowls. “Four eggs should be enough, right? I didn’t get that many extra flowers to try this with.” You said, looking at the other side of the counter to look at Riddle. Beside him were three perfect roses and Trey. “Hey Trey, came to watch?”
The second plant nymph nodded, then walked over to try and see what was in the bowl.
“Those are egg whites, we have to coat the flowers in them so that the sugar will stick to them.” You explained.
Riddle picked up one of the roses before bringing it over to the bowl.
“Let me get the sugar real quick, Riddle. Then we can start.”
You had just set the last last violet flower on the wire rack and turned to clean up when you saw Epel drop in an apple blossom into the egg mixture.
“You want to candy some of your apple blossoms, Epel?” You asked the dryad.
He nodded before picking them out one by one and put them in the bowl of sugar, just like you, Riddle, and Trey had been doing just a few seconds prior.
“Looks like we’ll have an assortment of different flowers to try then. Make sure to completely coat them in sugar and them put over here with the rest.” You told him, before coming over to help take them out the multiple apple blossoms he had put into the egg whites. You put them in the sugar and made sure Epel was completely coating them before he took them to the rack.
“Alright, now we have to wait for these to dry out. They should be ready in the morning.”
“Not exactly the same as the ones I bought, but I would argue that they’re better.” You said looking down at Riddle. He looked proud of himself, and you smiled. “No doubt because they were your roses, huh?”
Him and Trey nodded.
“Well, are you going to try them? You can also try the other flowers if you like.” You told them. You watched as Riddle picked up one of the roses and examined it.
Trey picked up one of the violets and took a small bite, he smiled before taking another.
“You like the violets, Trey?”
He looked up at you and nodded.
“What do you think, Epel? Ruggie?” You said, looking at the two creatures.
Epel made some sort of happy noise before grabbing another, and Ruggie gave a thumbs up.
“Glad everything turned out well.”

Nix's Story (Ikepri OC)
So this is something I wrote this year, it's basically an OC insert set in the Ikemen Prince world. So it's not necessarily something you'll see a lot of here, we often write this kinda thing a lot. We may not post it unless y'all all would want us to. I hope you like it. -Frost
I knocked on the door before entering the office, it was quiet with only one person in the room. Sariel looked up from the papers he’d been reading.
“Maya—” he cleared his throat. “I apologize. Nix, I see you’ve returned. Welcome back, I’m pleased to see you’re back. Is there a reason you’ve come to see me?” He stood up to greet me. “If you’re looking for Prince Chevalier, I recommend the library or the foreign affairs office.” He stopped in front of me and paused. “Or is there another reason for this unexpected visit?” he said with an eyebrow quirked.
“You’re on the way to the foreign affairs office. So I figured I would attend to my business with you first.”
“Oh?” Sariel was a busy man. He was the Minister of the palace, and he was acting as the King's Regent until it was decided which prince would take the crown; not that the public knew the had King died. He could be a hassle, but he was well organized and managed to keep everything running smoothly.
I rolled my eyes. “I wanted to make you aware that I was back so you could make sure everything is in place for me to stay here until Chevalier sends me out again. Mayain will be making a few appearances while I’m here.” I said, crossing my arms. I wasn’t at all looking forward to having to dress up in gowns and fancy clothes. They were often hard to move in and left me feeling exposed, at least the ones that women of noble status were expected to wear.
I looked around, not much had changed since I’d last been there. His desk still had tall stacks of paper, waiting to be addressed. The clock on the wall still hadn’t been fixed, the hands stuck at four o’clock.
“Of course, I shall make sure to have the maids prepare your room. For tonight, you should stay in one of the guest rooms we have prepared for unexpected visitors.” He let out a breath. “I wish you would send some sort of warning when you plan to return,” he said before he bowed.
I shook my head, sensing the passive-aggressive tone in his voice at the last part. I didn’t exactly like him, it wasn’t anything specific, but something about him made me want to keep my guard up around him. The feeling often seemed mutual.
“Great. For now, I’m headed to see Chevalier. I have many things to report to him.” The less time spent with Sariel, the better. I turned to walk out of the office, just wanting to leave.
The palace was quiet at this time of night, the lights of the hallways dimmed. The normally bright and busy halls were silent. I stopped by one of the windows and looked up at the sky. The new moon had been just a few days ago, and now it was just starting to show itself once again. Almost three months ago, I had to kill the traitorous noble that had fled to Obsidian. It had been the perfect opportunity to sneak into Obsidianite castle. The darkness of night was the ideal environment for people of my trade to move. It certainly hadn’t been my easiest infiltration, but it was far from hard. Assassins were people of the dark, silent killers that hid in the shadows and struck when no one was looking. I used to hate the dark, hated what I couldn’t see within it, hated what could be hiding inside. Now, I was what was hid in the darkness. The very thing I used to be scared of. Now, the darkness was comforting.
I heard footsteps coming toward me from far down the hall and I turned. I had trust in the people of the palace, but few would typically be awake and moving about this late.
“Clavis?” It shouldn’t have surprised me that he was awake, he was always hard to predict. The third prince was a known troublemaker, and often made it a habit to irritate his brothers; specifically Chevalier. We had a complicated relationship. He was someone I would’ve been scared of as a kid, I was scared of him as a kid. There were a lot of things that I was no longer fearful of. He was just as hard to read now, as he had been then.
He tensed for a moment as he looked at me. “Ah, Nix. I didn’t realize you’d returned.” He relaxed, walking closer to the window to stand by me.
I turned my head towards the window, making sure not to take my eyes off him. “It’s alright, I returned earlier this evening.”
“My dear brother must be giving you a break then.”
I bit back the urge to laugh, but a smile slipped onto my face. Chevalier was anything but dear to him, if anyone besides those two knew that, it was me. The two of them had an odd relationship. While Clavis loved causing chaos, he was still a prince and was highly involved in the more hidden politics of Rhodolite. He worked closely with Chevalier and fed him intel on some of the ‘backdoor’ happenings.
“You’ve been gone so long, I was starting to wonder if I was going to have to send you more supplies,” he said, turning to look at me, the elegant white coat on his back shifting. The gold trim reflected what little light there was in the hall onto the walls. He took a teasing tone, “Or if I was gonna have to go searching for your body.” He smirked, before returning his gaze out the window once again. I almost felt insulted, he was joking, but for him to even think that felt like there was doubt in my abilities. “Must have been quite the number of missions he sent you on. You must be on your way to report to him now.”
“I am, he only two sent me on two, though. One in Obsidian, and another near the border of Jade. Though you already knew about the one in Obsidian, it was obvious someone was going to have to deal with that traitor.” Lord Foxdell had been one of the more well-known nobles of Rhodolite.
“Naturally. I hope you made a proper example out of him.” Now I was insulted, not that I let him see that.
“Of course. I actually made some adjustments to that poison we’ve been working on and used that. I think we can call it done. I’ll write up the additions and send them your way later.” I pulled the nearly empty vial out of my pocket. “Here’s what’s left of it.”
He took the vial and held it up to the light, the clear drops shone. I was proud of our creation. “Sounds like the Traitor’s Bane has been perfected.” He quickly shoved the vial into his pocket. He shifted his stance. “Foxdell’s assassination surely couldn’t have taken that long. It must have been your other mission that gave you trouble. I take it you had issues locating the guild's headquarters?”
I looked at him with a raised eyebrow.
He laughed. “Who do you think found out about them?”
I looked back out the window, clouds were passing over the moon.
“So, what happened?” he said. While I wasn’t at all obligated to talk to Clavis, I found myself telling him about it anyway. He would eventually read the report, whether or not Chevalier gave it to him.
“I know, there are just so many warehouses in Roseton.” I let out a breath. “They knew what they were doing.” I rubbed my temples, just thinking about all the late nights spent searching without results gave me a headache.
“It’s hard to imagine you having trouble sneaking in places. You practically blend into the environment no matter where you are.”
“It was,” I took a moment to find the right words, “complicated.”
“I see, guess I’ll have to get the details from my brother later.” He shrugged.
I pressed my lips together.
“Speaking of him, I’m going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you’re coming from the office, and not Yves’ kitchen,” Yves was the fifth prince and liked to bake sweets, whereas Clavis often enjoyed messing around with the ingredients. It wouldn’t be the first time he switched out the sugar and salt or any other ingredients that would end in a less than desirable treat.
“You would be correct in your assumptions. I already did what I wanted in his kitchen earlier this evening. You really should count yourself lucky.” He gave me a look that told me he would’ve somehow dragged me into it.
I sighed. “I’m going to pretend I didn’t hear that.” I shook my head. I wanted no part of the consequences that were sure to be a result. “Was Chevalier still at his desk?”
“Where else would he be?” he scoffed.
“Fair point. I’ll get you that list of additions tomorrow at some point,” I said. “See you around.” I turned and started walking down the hall.
“I’ll be expecting you.” I heard him continue to walk down the hall.
I knocked on the large ornate doors, the light coming out from underneath them drawing shadows in the hall.
“Enter.” I heard a tired voice say.
I stepped into the office, making sure to silently close the doors behind me. The office was spotless and the bookshelves next to the windows were neat, not a single book out of place.
Chevalier sat at one of the desks, the top clear except for an ink and quill and a few documents that he was reading over. He briefly glanced at me over the pages, before his eyes moved down to continue scanning the words.
“Hello, Prince Cheva,” I used the nickname I had given him as a child. “I apologize for being gone as long as I was. I had a bit of trouble at the border with the weapon smugglers.” There hadn’t been any real rush, but I still felt bad for being gone so long.
“And the traitor?” Chevalier said, not looking up from the document he was reading. Despite not sparing me a second glance, I knew he was paying attention.
“Dead. It was quite the show when he started choking on air.” I said with a smile; remembering the way his smirk fell and the way blood drained from his face, only to come back out of his mouth. The poison had done its job well, and I was proud to see the man fall, as the people around him quickly discarded their own wine glasses, yelling for the guards.
“I’m sure it was quite the sight. I hope to learn the details later.” He set the documents on his desk, turning his full attention to me. “Word of his death has already spread amongst the nobility of the southeastern kingdoms. You did well, your timing is as impeccable as always.” Pride swelled in my chest at his words.
“Thank you.” I pulled out a stack of papers from my bag. “Here, this is everything Lord Foxdell leaked to Obsidian and some miscellaneous information I gathered from listening to some of the conversations between the nobles attending the party.”
Chevalier took the papers and quickly skimmed through the first few pages. He looked back at me, there was a hint of a smile on his face. I took the chance to speak.
“How have you been?” I had missed Chevalier, even though I had been gone much longer without seeing him in the past. He was my closest friend, and we’d been at each other's side for years.
“Tired, I’ve been killing Obsidian spies from dusk to dawn. Purging taken areas and negotiating new trade routes with Benitoite. It’s certainly gratifying to talk about.” He set the papers down, moving to get up. “Enough about me, how were your travels? Were they amusing?” He said, switching the topic back to me.
I shook my head as he started putting away the documents in his desk. “Nothing I haven’t seen before.” I wish he didn’t push the conversation back on me, but if he wanted to know about what happened while I was away, I wasn’t going to refuse him. Any time spent with him was precious to me. “If you’re tired, you should rest. Come on,” I held my hand out for Chevalier to take. “I can tell you all about them as you fall asleep. If you really want, you can lay your head in my lap. It wouldn’t be the first time you’ve fallen asleep on me.” I teased.
He smirked. “I’d be rather amused to hear about your recent assassination exploits. Your methods have always been fool-proof. You’ll have to tell me everything, starting from the moment you left the palace, to the moment you returned.” He made his way to the door, before opening it and making a motion for me to follow.
I smiled. It was always nice when the ‘cold beast’, as the public often called him, was willing to take suggestions. The fact that he didn’t say anything about me telling him what to do, said a lot about how tired he was.
I removed my coat and boots before sitting on his bed, my back against his headboard. I leaned my head back and closed my eyes while he hung up his own coat. He had already taken his sword off of his belt and leaned it against the nightstand. It wasn’t long before Chevalier joined me and laid his head on my lap. I opened my eyes and looked down at him. He looked peaceful. I held so much affection for this man, and it made me extremely happy that he had enough trust in me to relax and let his guard down around me.
I smiled, if the people of this kingdom saw this sight, they would never think the things they did about him. Not that he would ever let them see him like this. To the outside, he was heartless and didn’t care about human life; to them, he was just the prince that had no regard for the lives of his soldiers. In reality, he did. He remembered every name of the soldiers that fell serving him, all the names of the people who served the kingdom, and the names of the people who cared about it. He cared deeply for this kingdom, so much so, that there was no room to worry about those who fought against it, he showed no mercy to those with the intention to harm it. But the public didn’t see that, they only saw the way he struck down enemies with no remorse. The way he had no shame in being covered with the blood of the kingdom’s foes. They would never know about the sleepless nights he spent going over proposals, so the people could prosper.
Even as a kid, the servants were scared of him, he was a genius and put everything into learning and training. Most of our time spent together back then was in the library, reading by each other's side. When he went to practice with his sword, I often watched from the side. On occasion, he would teach me.
“If you’re going to be hanging around royalty so much, you will need to learn to defend yourself.” He would always say.
I shook my head trying to dispose of the thoughts of the past.
“Which kill would you like to hear about first? Would you like me to tell you about my most recent travels in Obsidian, or shall I tell you how I managed to kill the leader of the guild of weapon smugglers near the border of Jade?” I shook my head, beginning to thread my fingers through Chevalier's hair.
He closed his eyes and I felt him relax. “Ah, the one from Jade sounds rather intriguing. I should like to hear more of it.” he said.
“Of course. The mission itself was quite challenging, even once I found their base. I ended up having Zero trail one of the higher-ups to his home.”
“He’s that hawk you’ve been training for a while now right? The one that hates Sariel.”
I laughed. “Yep. I still don’t know why he hates him, but I’m not complaining. I find the whole situation hilarious.” I said. I had been training Zero for almost a year now, and for some reason, he grew to absolutely hate the minister of the palace. I couldn’t blame the bird, Sariel could be quite the pain. “Either way, I had to bribe him for an introduction to the leader of the entire operation. It wasn’t cheap, but he’s no longer alive, so it doesn’t matter. It took some time, but I managed to integrate myself into the group before flirting my way into the leader’s bedroom just to kill him.”
Chevalier opened his eyes, looking up at me. “Did he beg and lower himself into a bow? How many nobles go beneath themselves in the face of death?”
I gave another small laugh. “He didn’t, he actually tried to fight back. It was almost pitiful to watch him try to fight me with his pants around his feet.” I pushed a piece of hair behind my ear. “As for your question about the nobles, the ones that do get the chance to see me before I kill them do typically beg; they offer money, jewels, power, anything in exchange for their life.” I answered.
“Begging makes the cowardly look weaker. It drives them to lower depth in ways that simply rise the strong and powerful more. They dig their own graves and it's our responsibility to make sure they meet the fates they carve themselves. As the future king, I need to make an example of the kind of citizens we do not need in Rhodolite.”
I closed my eyes. “The way you speak with absolute confidence, that you Will be the prince to become king,” I opened my eyes, “it makes me think that there is no other outcome.”
“Are you saying you’ve doubted me?” Chevalier said.
I shook my head. “Of course not.” I took a deep breath. “Anyways, that was the short, version of what happened. To be honest, the whole mission was a pain.” I leaned my head against the headboard of the bed. “I would’ve much rather have had Clavis send me some explosives and blown the building to bits while everyone was inside.”
“Clavis can be unreliable at the best of times, though it is my hope he will one day learn what it means to be a royal and will do his duty to protect Rhodolite. If that means helping you help me, then that’s simply how it should be to ensure Rhodolite’s future,” Chevalier said.
I smirked. “If there’s one thing that Clavis is useful for, it’s traps.”
Chevalier nodded and closed his eyes once more; enjoying the feeling of my fingers running through his hair. It was silent for a few moments before he spoke up again.
“The power you hold over the lives of those who wrong the crowned. It's crucial for a King to know who to trust, and you've been the most trustworthy. It’s a person's strength and confidence that drives them to become so desirable by others, that one would seek to trust someone so lethal.” I looked at Chevalier as he sat up. He moved to sit beside me. “You've been an excellent assassin, be sure to thoroughly enjoy all the favor it brings.”
I looked away, my heart beating faster. “It’s my job. I will always be at your side, just as I always have been.” I said.
Chevalier let out a breath and smiled. He looked at me. “Although you may not like it, I have put you down to attend a ball with me in a few days as there will be several suspected spies and assassins. I expect quick work of them, as this is a celebration to welcome the Gongju of Seog-Yeong to Rhodolite. She is betrothed to Litch, and this party must go smoothly.”
I sighed, running my hand through my own hair. “I’m assuming you wish for me to dawn the role of Lady Mayain?” Mayain was known to those of the royal court as Chevalier’s Mistress, the only woman to ever have caught the eye of the ‘emotionless prince.’ It made sense, after all, Mayain and I were the same person, but known the public as two different people.
Nix was an assassin, a creature of the night, that worked almost exclusively for Chevalier, or that’s what the rumors said. I really only reported to Chevalier, he was part of the reason I was who I was and became an assassin. Nix was a name I came up with before I officially started working as a killer, and for a long time, I learned to only respond to it. It was only when I was needed at parties did I returned to my real name: Mayain Auram.
I would attend banquets and balls at Chevalier’s side, answering to my original name. We pretended I was a noble that was visiting the capital from a lesser-known city. It wasn’t too long before people began to talk and call me Chevalier’s lover. There was no point in denying it, as rumors would continue to spread regardless, so we fell into the habit of always attending with each other, and as soon as one of the targets was spotted, I would excuse myself for a bit.
“Now that I think about it, it has been quite some time since I attended a ball with you. I’ll have to brush up on my dance skills.” I sighed, I never liked attending any sort of party. “You know I despise all the attention that comes with these large gatherings. But if there are people to be killed, I’ll make sure they are dealt with accordingly.”
“Don’t look so glum, a dance could be a good change of pace. I assure you it will be far from boring. I am the future King of Rhodolite, and I'm certain I’ll be targeted. We'll make a night of it.”
“Yes, because dancing with the leader of the foreign affairs faction won’t draw a ton of attention.” There were eight princes, four of them focused on the domestic aspects of the kingdom, while the other four dealt with the foreign dealing of Rhodolite. Chevalier was the head of foreign affairs, while Leon, the fourth prince, was the head of domestic affairs.
“Mayain hasn’t been seen for a while now, just her showing up is going to warrant some attention.” Chevalier pointed out. I laid my head in my hands.
“Don’t remind me.”
The curtain was pulled back, revealing an enemy soldier. I splashed him with the toxic concoction I made. The man screamed, dropping his sword and holding his hands to his face. I rushed forward. I stabbed him with the knife I had been using to cut herbs into manageable pieces.
“If that doesn’t kill you, the poison will!” I said as he started to gasp, unable to take a breath. I turned and watched as the other soldier began to run at me. I ducked and ran under one of the tables that had been covered in bandages and stood up on the other side. “What point is there in attacking a medical tent? Most of these people won’t even return to the battlefield?” I yelled.
“Come here you brat!” He swung his sword down, and I stepped back. His sword sliced through the table.
“So you can kill me too? An innocent person helping the injured? Not a chance!” I splashed the rest of my concoction on his face, before turning and running to the other side of the tent. I jumped over one of the injured knights that laid on a cot. There was no time to think about anything other than the enemy. I saw one of the other nurses crawl out of the tent while the attention was focused on me.
The man chased after me and one of the men on the ground caught his leg, pulling him to the ground. The enemy soldier was quick to roll over and slam his boot down on his throat. I took the chance to launch myself on top of him and shove my knife into his eyes.
“You little bitch!” He pulled it out and threw it aside. Blood streamed down his face as he threw me off of him. “You’re gonna pay for what you’ve done!”
“I’m sorry,” I said to the person I landed on. I felt something soak into my clothes, and I looked down. Tears filled my eyes as I looked into the dull brown eyes that stared up. “Mom…” A hand wrapped around my neck and lifted me up.
“Aww, ain’t that cute. A girl following her mother to the battlefield, only to die alongside her,” he said, squeezing my throat.
“Shut up!” I croaked before I slammed my elbow back into his face. I fell to the ground and grabbed a bottle from the ground and threw it at him.
“Mayain! Use that!” I heard one of the nurses call to me.
I scrambled up and ran to where she was pointing. A sword that belonged to one of the injured knights leaned against the pole supporting one part of the tent. I ducked as the man with the bloody eye tried to grab me, and took hold of the sword. In that moment, I had never been so glad for the training Chevalier made me go through with him.; without it, there was no way I would still be standing.
I stood and swung it at him, it left a large gash in his chest, and he fell to the ground. I looked over at the last enemy as he stumbled up, the glass from the bottle I had thrown left a small cut on his cheek. He fell to the ground as one of the nurses tackled him. I darted over to stab the sword into his chest. Leaving it there, I backed up before falling to my knees. The nurse moved off the man and moved beside me.
She sat down and pulled me into her arms. Someone clapped, and a few others joined in. My eyes burned and I let the tears fall.
“Excuse me? Lady Mayain?”
I opened my eyes and sat up. I clenched my eyes shut for a second, trying to get my thoughts together. Mayain, I was acting as Mayain right now. I looked at the door. A maid had poked her head in.
“Oh, are you alright?” She quickly entered, closing the door behind her. It took me a few moments to realize my maid, Stella, had entered the room. She rarely entered without permission. There was a small dip in the bed. “You’re crying…” She handed me a handkerchief.
I took it and wiped my eyes, it came back damp. “I didn’t even realize it. Must have been a bad dream.” I shook my head, trying to get rid of the unwanted memories of the past. I never cared to relive the memories of that time. “What time is it?”
“It’s a little past noon. I was getting worried something had happened, you’re usually up much earlier. I apologize for just coming in.” Stella bowed. She was like an overly worried mother.
“It’s alright, I don’t normally sleep this late.”
She raised her head, she still looked guilty. I noticed a large blue box on the bed, it had a white ribbon tied around it. On the side of the box was a wax seal of the crest of a white tiger; Chevalier.
“What in the box?” I motioned to the large object on my bed.
“Oh, Prince Chevalier wanted me to deliver this. He said that you would be needing it for tonight,” she said, moving the box closer to me.
I untied the ribbon and lifted the top. I picked up a bit of the dress. Stella gasped. “It’s beautiful!” A sense of dread filled me.
“Oh, that’s right,” I sighed, putting the dress back in the box. Stella quickly took it to hang it up. “I almost completely forgot about the ball tonight.” I wasn’t looking forward to having to get all dressed up. I started to get out of bed.
“He told me to give you this as well.” The maid held out a note to me. I took it. She had a bright smile on her face.
“Thank you,”
“Of course, it’s my job.”
“I’m aware, but I also know the second prince can be quite intimidating,” I said, setting the note aside. It was sealed, meaning it most likely contained information about the less pleasant events happening that evening; not some flowery note that one would address to their lover that Stella seemed to think it was. Not that I wouldn’t mind some sort of love letter.
“Will you need help getting ready this evening?” Stella broke me out of my thoughts.
“No, I can do it. I would appreciate it if you would bring me something to eat,” I said.
She bowed her head. “Of course, I’ll be back.”
She left the room, and I got out of bed. Moving to my desk, my thoughts drifted to my dream. I ran my hand through my hair. It wasn’t often I dreamed about the day mom died. I found it ironic that after I killed the enemy soldiers, I was praised for saving the lives of those being treated for wounds. ‘The herbalist’s daughter saved the wounded’. As if the one who was there to heal, hadn’t just inflicted deadly wounds; as if the one meant to help make medicine didn’t make a toxic concoction that caused someone to suffocate; as if a fourteen-year-old girl helping her mother save wounded soldiers hadn’t just killed three grown men. Despite all of that, when Chevalier came back to the camp after the enemy surrendered days later, he was called a monster. Memories of that time surfaced.
“How are you holding up, kid? I know it wasn’t easy, but what you did was brave. You saved a lot of people. All of those soldiers are thankful, including me.”
I looked behind me. The man was on crutches, I recognized him as one of the many people I had treated for lesser wounds.
“Your mother was an amazing woman. You may not have seen it, but she was the first to try and stop those guys.”
“I know,” I said, turning around to continue looking for Chevalier. I knew he would be amongst the soldiers returning from the front lines.
“Who are you looking for? Your father?” The man laid a hand on my shoulder.
I brushed his hand off. “Not that it’s any of your business, but he left years ago. I’m not looking for him. I’m looking for Prince Chevalier,” I said, looking back at the wounded soldier.
His face turned dark. “I wouldn’t worry about him. He’s a monster with no morals. An absolute beast who kills with ease. I wouldn’t want to—” I cut him off.
“Shut your mouth!” Tears started falling down my face.“The prince is nothing like the person you just described. If you think by that logic, then so are you! How many lives have you taken during this war, HUH? You’re a hypocrite! Prince Chevalier and I both killed enemy soldiers, yet me killing them was justifiable?! How does that work?!” I said, he looked shocked and opened his mouth to respond.
“No! I’m not done. I killed those soldiers to protect the injured here at the base. He killed those soldiers to protect this country! If anything, the deaths he caused are more justified than mine! I don’t want to hear another word from your mouth!”
I wasn’t a noble by blood. The only tie I had to nobility was through friendship; both mine with Chev, and my mother’s with the late queen. Even then, the only reason they had met was that my mother had been a well-known herbalist that had been summoned to help with the queen's pregnancy. It was through those short interactions that they became friends. They only grew closer as the years went by, especially with all the affairs the king had with other women.
There was a knock, and I turned. “Come in.”
“Lady Mayain, are you sure you’re alright?” Stella pushed in a cart with both a plate of food and a glass of orange juice. I would never be able to get used to being called by that name. After so many years of going by the name ‘Nix’, it almost felt wrong to be referred to by that; after all, the ‘Mayain’ that everyone knew back then, died alongside her mother.
“Yes, just thinking.”
“I know it may not be my place to say so, but if you need someone to talk to, I’m always willing to listen.” The maid said, placing a plate of food on my desk.
“Thank you, but I’m quite alright.”
“Please call for me if you need my assistance.” She said, before taking her leave. When the door closed, I got up and grabbed the note from my bed before sitting back down.
“As okay as I can be…” Not that I ever really had been in a long time.

Back From the Bar (Ai Mikaze x F-Reader x Ranmaru Kurosaki) (NSFW)
This is literally the first NSFW thing I ever wrote. This is in 1st person. I know some people aren’t a fan of that, but I didn’t want to go in and edit it. This is from a while back. -Frost
I closed the door behind me, leaned against it, and slid down. I was exhausted and honestly tired of standing. Being a bartender was hard, long hours full of drunk people slurring their words, and others flirting endlessly with you.
I shivered, remembering the man that had tried to climb across the bar to touch me. He had almost succeeded in grabbing me, and I would be forever grateful in my coworker for pulling me out of his reach. I was usually good about avoiding things like that, but I had been mixing a complicated drink and was focused on getting it right. I ended up spilling the cocktail all over myself.
I stood up, throwing my bag on the couch as I walked into the kitchen. There was a plate covered in foil with a note next to it. I looked at the time, 4:09 AM, might as well be my breakfast. I hated coming home this late. I clenched my fists, before ripping off the foil and shoving the plate in the microwave. There was no doubt in my mind that my boyfriends had been asleep for ages now. The microwave beeped and grabbed my food before hopping the counter to eat.
As I ate, I scrolled through the text messages that I had got during work. I responded to a few before I finished and put my plate in the sink. My shoulders fell as I realized there was no way I could go to bed without a shower. Just as I hopped off the counter, a hand was placed on my shoulder. I spun and attempted to punch whoever had snuck in.
Ai caught my fist before it could connect with anything. I breathed a sigh of relief.
"According to my data, you've never been this jumpy. Something must have happened at work. Do you wish to talk about it?" Ai asked. I gave him a tired smile before leaning into his chest. "Before you ask, Ranmaru is still asleep. The probability of him waking up is about 25%, as we had many photoshoots scheduled for yesterday."
"That's good at least. I'm sorry for waking you up." I looked up at him from my place against his chest. "As for what happened, all I'm gonna say is Drunk Men." An idea popped up in my head, and I smirked. "I do, however, need a shower. Care to join me?"
Ai's face shifted to show confusion. "I wasn't aware that I needed one. Do I smell?" He asked. I let out a small laugh.
"No, Ai, you don't smell or anything. Sometimes couples bathe together, they may have intimate moments while in the shower or bath," I said with a blush, and Ai tilted his head.
"Doesn't that defeat the purpose of-"
"Ai. I love you, but I need you to throw logic and common sense out the window once in a while."
"Without common sense-"
"I want your company! So shut up and come shower with me." I finally told him, grabbing his hand and dragging him towards the bathroom with me.
I nuzzled into Ai's chest, feeling content being held in familiar arms. We had both washed up and were now just standing under the warm water.
"You seem to be much more at ease than you were earlier." I looked up at him and smiled.
"I feel a lot better than I did, I'm no longer covered in sticky syrup and alcohol. I'm in the arms of one of the two men I trust." I told him before pulling his head down to mine. Our lips met, and it was like a switch was turned, suddenly my back was up against the wall. One of his hands was at my hips, the other was tangled in my hair, pulling me closer to him. The kiss was full of lust and longing, and I couldn't help but return with equal force. I ran my hands up his toned stomach all the way up to entwine my fingers in his hair.
We parted for just a second to catch our breaths before diving back into the kiss. One of Ai's hands came up and gave my breast a soft squeeze. I moaned into the kiss, my core heating up with need. It had been weeks since I last did anything this intimate with either of my boyfriends. His lips moved down my neck, and as I pulled his hair, he let out a little moan of his own.
"You know, I'm not sure what I was expecting when I walked in here at 5 in the morning, but it wasn't this. I'm not complaining, as long as you plan on letting me join in." I looked behind Ai, and there the other love of my life, Ranmaru. He smirked and turned the water off.
"Come on, the bed seems like a much better place for this. Ai grab a towel." He ordered. Ai stepped back, still holding me in his arms, and glared at Ranmaru. I stepped out of Ai's embrace, out of the shower, and into Ranmaru's chiseled chest. Ai grabbed a towel and wrapped it around my shoulders before grabbing one for himself, and walking over to the bed and laying down. Ranmaru looked down at me, the sexy smirk he had on his face almost had me on my knees.
He scooped me up into his arms and carried me towards Ai and the bed. Ranmaru gently laid me next to Ai, who promptly began to attack my neck with kisses and love bites, his hands gently massaging my breasts. I bit my lips in an attempt to hold in a moan.
"Come on, Kitten, don't hold in those precious moans of yours." Ranmaru husked, his voice low and sexy, as he climbed on top of me. I whimpered as he began to finger my slit.
"De-Deeper!" I moaned out as Ai pinched my nipple. He was getting rougher with my body, moving from my neck to my ear.
"My sensors are going crazy; you’re the only one who can do this to me." He whispered in my ear, as Ranmaru slide in fingers into my pussy. I gasped at the feeling, it had been so long since the three of us did something like this.
"Ran-Ran-Ranmaru!" I manage to choke out between moans. He started to speed up, curling his fingers. I pulled his head down to mine and crashed out lips together. I was starving for his kisses, his body.
I was so lost in the kiss's heat and didn't notice the second that he stopped. I made a whining noise in my throat that turned into a full-on moan as I felt Ai start to lick and prod my cunt with his tongue. Ranmaru broke away from the kiss and began to suck on my nipple. I felt my core tighten.
"Ai! Ran! Pl-Please!!!!! I-I!" I shrieked, trying to tell them how close I was. Ranmaru looked up at me.
"Cum (Y/N)." That was all it took, I screamed, the coil in my stomach bursting. Ranmaru pulls me close as I come down from my high, and I hear Ai come and lay down by my side.
"I love you two so much," I said, panting.
"We love you too, Kitten," Ranmaru whispered, moving the stray hairs out of my face.
"Now get some sleep, we'll be here when you wake up. We have the day off tomorrow, don't worry." Ai said, caressing my cheek. I leaned my head into his touch, and grabbed Ranmaru's hand.
"Are you sure?" I mumbled, the exhaustion catching up with me. They both nodded.
"We can take care of ourselves."
"Just get some sleep, Kitten."

Merry Me? (Ranmaru Kurosaki x GN-Reader)
I had to edit this so it was in second person instead of first. I wrote this a few years back for a secret Santa exchange on an Uta Pri discord server I was a part of. Either way, enjoy! -Frost
“Ranmaru!” You yelled, forcing him to sit. Picking up the antibiotic ointment you grabbed his hand. “You need to stop messing with Shiro, you know she doesn’t like being touched when she’s up in the cat tree.”
Ranmaru sighed, looking away as he let you bandage his hand.
“There, all done. You’re manager already hates me as it is, and you know she’s gonna blame me for you scratched up hand.” You told him, packing up the first aid kit.
“Her opinion doesn’t matter.” He grumbled, getting up.
“Maybe, but I hate having to deal with her trying to tell me off every time I see her.” You explained, think of the first time a photo was published of the two of you holding hands. She would’ve bitten your head off if you hadn’t been standing right next to Ranmaru.
A soft brush of fur up against your leg brought you out of your thoughts. You crouched down and picked up Kuro. “Come here, let’s go cuddle with daddy. He’s grumpy ‘cause I told him off for messing with Shiro.” You said to the black feline, walking over to where Ranmaru was sitting on the couch, already plucking a few notes on his bass.
He looked up at you, you didn’t get to see him without his contact often, so it was always a treasured sight.
Setting Kuro down on the couch, you leaned forward and placed a kiss on him lips.
He reached out and pulled you closer, moving his instrument to the side.
You smiled into the kiss, moving to straddle him lap. His hands moved down to your hips, yours moving to tangle in his hair. He start placing kisses down your neck, you bit my lip to stop myself from letting out a small moan. When he stopped and quickly laid his head against your chest. You looked down, only to come face to face with Shiro, your white cat. You quickly moved him off of Ranmaru’s head
“I’m gonna kill that cat.” He growled. You shook your head.
“No you’re not. Look at me.” He eyes met yours, and you could see the frustration in them. “It’s Christmas Eve. Why don’t I order food from the steak house you love, while you make us some hot chocolate. Then we can light up the tree and watch a few movies. We can drug the cats with some catnip as a Christmas present to them, and they’ll be out of our hair. We can just spend the rest of the night cuddling.” You offered.
He nodded.
“Alright, you know what I want. I’ll make you some hot chocolate.” You pecked him on the lips before getting off and grabbing the phone.
“You have a chocolate mustache.” You laughed, moving to lick it off his lip.
“And you have whipped cream on your nose.” Ranmaru pointed out, before wiping it off with his finger. You snuggled into his chest, after making sure your warm drink was secure on the coffee table. You felt him kiss the crown of your head. You looked up and smiled. Ranmaru’s cheeks darkened.
“I’ll be right back. I promise.” He told you, getting up. You pouted as he walked out of the room. You had missed him a lot lately. You’d been telling yourself it was just because of the holidays, as idols tended to get more work around this time. You knew you shouldn’t, but you couldn’t help but feel as if he had been avoiding you lately. He had been unusually quiet these past few weeks. You reached forward for your warm mug, hoping to drown your worries in the sweet chocolate liquid.
You were brought out of you thoughts when Ranmaru walked back into the room, but he didn’t sit back down on the couch. He gently took the cup from your hands and set it on the coffee table. He took a deep breath before speaking.
“I love you (y/n), and I don’t know what I’d do without you. You’re always ready to be by my side if something happens. I know I don’t often say it out loud, but I really do love you. It’s been almost two years since we first went out, and I wouldn’t trade those years for anything. And before you ask, I am prepared to put my career on hold for a bit if it means you’ll say yes.” He slowly got down on one knee, and pulled out a small box from his pocket.
“(Y/n) (L/n), will do me the honor of being my partner? Of sticking with me through thick and thin, for the rest of our lives? I promise I’ll do the same. When that interviewer ask what our personal plans for the future were, I couldn’t answer. I wasn’t sure what I really wanted, but there was one constant in every thought. You. I just have a hard time imagining a future without you.” He looked away, as if nervous to be in front of you, before opening the box. Inside sat a beautiful ring, and you immediately recognized it as his ring from the recent wedding ring collection. Tears pulled in your eyes, your bottom lip started to quiver. It made sense now. Why he had been distance, less affectionate. He had been planning this, and was trying to find a good time. You opened your mouth, but couldn’t summon the words from your throat. Instead you chose to vigorously shake your head up and down. You launch forward, tackling him into the soft carpet. You wrapped your arms around his neck.
“Of course!” You managed to get out. You felt him wrap his arms around you, squeezing you tight.
“I’m glad.” You buried my face in his chest, while you felt his hands pet your hair. You looked up at him, and he used the pad of his thumb to wipe the tears from your cheek. “I love you so much.” He whispered, and you sat up. Finally allowing him to put the ring on your finger. You smiled down at it.
“You know Reiji is gonna be all over us the second he notices the ring tomorrow.” Ranmaru shook his head.
“Don’t remind me.” He stood, then scooped you up in his arms. “Let go cuddle in bed.”
“He finally did it! Congratulations!” Reiji yelled as he pulled you into a hug.
“I’m surprised he finally got the balls to ask. I thought he was never going to ask you.” Ren said coming up. “I was starting to think I was going to lose my bet with the Baron.” He leaned his arm on your shoulder.
“You all knew?” You asked, looking up at Ren.
“Of course, Hijirikawa was the one that suggested he use the ring from the new collection. Congratulations on the engagement. I’m happy for you two. Any thoughts on who you want to be your maid of honor? Or have you not even thought about it?”
“I wanna be a brides maid!” Reiji yelled, engulfing you in a hug, you pushed him off.
“I thought you would be, like, Ranmaru’s best man or something?” You watched as Reiji’s eyes filled with tears, before he ran in the direction of your fiancé.
“RANMARU I WOULD BE HONORED TO BE YOUR BEST MAN!”
“OI! I HAVEN’T ASK ANYONE ANYTHING YET!DON’T GO ASSUMING THINGS!”
