I recently completed my take on the classic Leda/Nuwest spanking hairbrush. This summer at TASSP I had the pleasure of meeting and being spanked by Mistress Baton. Not long ago I saw one of her older posts on Fetlife showing her broken “Stinger” original vintage Leda brush. I said I thought I could duplicate the brush, bristles and all. This is my attempt.

American beech with a layer of carbon fiber mesh between the brush side with its many tiny holes and the “business” side of the brush. I’m hoping the carbon fiber mesh increases the strength and reduces the chance of breakage as Mistress Baton is a pretty powerful spanker!!! Time and spankings will tell.

I’m honored that the wonderful Dutch disciplinarian, Lady Jose, has a couple of my paddles! I had the “pleasure” of her giving me a very firm spanking, her bare hand is quite powerful and she certainly knows how to swing paddle!

I hope to be in this position again sometime in the future!!

I met Lady Jose last June, in fact received a wonderful over the knee spanking from her! She was kind enough to purchase one of my paddles and I’ve given her a couple as gifts. Here she’s using a cherry and American sycamore bath brush style paddle I made. She’s a wonderful person and fantastic disciplinarian!!

I recently made another of the same profile paddle, except this one is Wenge and curly maple. Wenge is a dense wood and thus paddle will have plenty of “thud” to go with the sting!!

I recently made this “Jokari” style spanking paddle. High quality Baltic birch plywood core with some beautiful quilted maple veneer that I added to the faces. At 3/8” thin this will be a stingy paddle!!

I seem to have a lot of “mommies” that follow me for some reason!! I have a question for all those mommies!

What’s your ideal paddle to use on naughty boys and girls? Certainly there are times when a firm hand needs to be applied even to the best babies!

Recently had someone ask me if I could make a Jokari Style spanking paddle from Wenge wood with a contrasting handle. Nice challenge! I have made a couple! Wenge is a rather dense wood and even at 1/2” these paddles will definitely provide a “thuddy” impact!!

A bathbrush paddle made from curly red oak with a figured walnut handle. I’ve recently been making the handle with a “swell” in the middle of it plus shaping the handle area with “facets” so the handle is octagonal. Gives a very nice feel in the hand plus added control. In D/sworksstudio on Etsy.

I had the awesome experience of getting a wonder OTK spanking from Lady Jose!! Just a bit difficult to sit comfortably afterwards but that’s part of the fun.

Some folks like the “Jokari” style spanking paddle, I’ve made a few using high quality Baltic birch plywood. Keeping with the “sporty�� theme I’ve also added a handle wrap. Having some fun with a “hot pink” wrap!
