Troopers catch loose dog seen running down Medford highway

Moreover, the Police said the dog, named Roxy, had already run nearly three miles against oncoming traffic. Lastly, Trooper eventually caught up to Roxy near Roosevelt Circle, where she was spotted hiding under a parked tractor-trailer.
