i love you.
there's been so many times i wanted to tell you. when i boarded the flight and you told me to text you when i arrive. when you saw me off at the station. when you went out of your way to see me in march. when you held my hand for the first time.
when you make time for me even though you're busy. when you kiss me out of nowhere. when we lay in bed locking eyes, making fun of each other, laughing together.
i wish i would have had the courage to tell you each time.
but i'm afraid. so so afraid. i love you and you love me. i know it. but it's not enough. we won't make it.
i'm so scared of losing you. i terribly dread the day that i'll have to say goodbye to you without having told you that
i love you.
