Hey. So i know that there's a difference between weight loss and fat loss and i was wondering what is that difference exactly. I'm trying to lose some fat but i don't want to lose muscles...what should i do to achive my goal?
Do it progressively.
Most people make the mistake to rush it so they can lose weight as fast as they can. This will most likely lead to muscle mass loss, which is is unhealthy.
If you want to achieve your goal, start small by decreasing ~200/300 calories weekly. Then adjust according on how your body react to it.
Also, unless you鈥檙e preparing for a competition there is no need to do an extreme your caloric deficit.聽
