Mostly it's just him having stilted conversations with his childhood bff, tho.

Weird idea without a name that's still so cringe help me!: Blind lab experiment goes hitchhiking and ends up learning to sail with one robot who couldn't care less and one bro who wants to make sure he can taste a real watermelon.

Hello! 👋 I thought it was time to make an introduction post!

You can call me 1nk-ling here; or Ink, or whatever you want. I draw comics! So, this is an art blog for that and also fanart of whatever my brain is itching over most at the moment.

So, the thing is... I absolutely loved that movie and want to draw more for it and make little comics and everything, so the interest is there. But I have, like, NEgAtiVe time presently 😭😭😭 So, yknow, It's in my heart for sure, but I may never get around to it.

(much like all that Wild Kratts and Meet the Robinsons and Treasure Planet and Star Wars and tmnt art I'm not drawing *sob*)

Your enthusiasm is definitely making the want harder, so keep your eyes peeled. I know my sister would kill for more fanart of that movie, so it may be forthcoming.

(also, art trades. I've never done one. It sounds super fun, but again, negative time to draw, so I wouldn't be the most reliable trading partner. We could maybe try it, though?)

I was thinking about Nartha's siblings again. Mostly just this one brother. He doesn't have a name yet (cause they aren't supposed to be part of the story) but he's so sarcastic and snarky and I love him!

Me knowing "Surf's Up" existed for most of my life and thinking nothing of it.

Me actually watching this piece of art and coming out of it a genuinely changed and happier person.

I finally watched Howl's Moving Castle.

It lived up to the hype.

Not a criticism, but I found her response in that scene hilarious. Dude just nearly died of overdoing his magic and flying into a warship, was given several concussions sliding down a rocky slope, and had his heart shoved back into his chest. And Sophie's like: "That's normal, Love! Get used to it."

Okay okay, what to choose? 🤔

I went through the Panama Canal on a boat when I was six. It was cool. There's a lake midway through where boats stop and we tied up to a bouy big enough to build a house on. Seagulls had been having a heyday there for a long time, otherwise I would've slept on it.
