Binging
for the past 2 weeks ive been binging like there’s no tomorrow and I feel like shit but I did learn something:
no matter how much you eat, how full you are or however long you’ve been binging for it will NEVER be enough
i have promised myself countless times after binges that I would fast after ward only to binge the next day
This is pretty self explanatory if youve ever binged but it is good to understand that it won’t just be the one time, it’s SO easy to fall into a cycle and eventually form bad eating habits that are hard as hell to break
Don’t make that mistake, you will regret the fuck out of it and feel like trash and its just not worth it at all

My anti-binging trick
(Please, only do this when you’re considering binging or eating something you shouldn’t; don’t do this to skip meals or not eat when you’re really hungry)
The brain is very easy to trick, and one way that works with my brain is, when I’m considering eating something incredibly calorific, to ask myself “would I rather be instantly at my UGW, or eat this food?”
Obviously, were it possible, I would ALWAYS rather be at my UGW in an instant. Linking not eating the food to being at my UGW makes it much, much, MUCH easier to resist eating whatever it is
Of course, if your answer is “I’d rather eat the food”, go ahead and eat the food! You obviously really want it, and denying yourself it would just make you miserable.
I don’t know, it works for me, so maybe it’ll work for you? Try it out!
