Main info (for now):

- Was in Urbanshade's hands before Sebastian eventually came

- they were cellmates (oh my god they were roommates :0)

- Tried to take down Urbanshade when Seb was still human, but it backfired (resulting Sebastian being chosen to get experimented on)

- Harper spent most of their time in the testing facility in Urbanshade to try and find Sebastian while also trying to find a way to fuck over Urbanshade too

- Eventually, Harper was sent (forced) to go to Hadal Blacksite to get the crystal, find Sebastian again now as a fish

- Reunite while also old feelings and new ones resurface between the two

- think of a plan to fuck over Urbanshade together along with Painter and some other oc's

Man, your Sebastian design is so shaped... Personal favorite one. Feels, idk how to put it. Sleezy kinda? Looks like he's had a time ever, which like yeah/ he has, extensively. I finally got a proper design for this stupid fish, and I'm honestly proud of it. I've also been doing different expressions and whatnot to get a feel of the design. That way, it doesn't feel as awkward when I draw him.
