EMAILS TO MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER
Hello friends and enemies,
I have decided to do a masters degree for some fucking reason. Due to these godforsaken circumstances, I am going to be a student again.
Now, based on my experience being an undergrad with my Brain and Misc Issues, I knew that my hubris in pursuing YET MORE EDUCATION would result in having to write a lot of stressful emails, while dealing with a stressful situation.
So, to help myself cope in advance, I’ve decided to write drafts of these emails in advance, so that it’s less agonisingly painful to deal with this shit when it comes up.
And you can use them too!
under the cut, I have some draft emails for when you need to tell your lecturers:
I’m going to miss a lecture.
I have missed a lecture
I will be turning in an assignment late
I have missed a deadline
I have had a personal crisis which impacts my studies.
SEND AT START OF SEMESTER: explaining that you fidget/stim without using the word stim.

Day 9 of My Summer Studying Challenge!
✨ 21st July ✨ What is the best vacation you have ever been on? (note: does not have to have been during summer)
honestly i can’t really think of a bad holiday. so i think my favourite holiday is whatever one i wen to on last XD! my top three at the moment are:
my most recent holiday where i went to Thailand and Vietnam!!! (i ADORED Vietnam, i really want to go back again)
a little West Coast of America road trip i did with my dad a few years ago where we visited Las Vegas, LA and San Francisco
a European road trip with my dad where we drove through France, Germany, Austria (we spent some time in this gorgeous Alpine town) and then Italy (we visited Venice and all the food places in the north). we also drove over the alps which was amazing (i got some incredible pictures!!!)
literally as i was writing this top three i thought of so many more and it was really difficult to pick so honourable mentions to Rome for the BEST food i have ever had in my life and Boston for being so pretty (it was so nice that honestly i want to go back and live there)

multilingual basic vocabulary spreadsheet Quite a handful of folks were interested in the list from my previous post, so here it is finished and organized!! 700+ words of basic vocabulary (nouns, verbs, adjectives, etc.) translated into Japanese, Russian, Spanish, German and Korean. Along with French verbs generously contributed by @adventuretaryn!! Before you use, please read the comment at the very top. This is by no means perfect or a definitive list. This is just my little list, and I am just a student. This is a work in progress and I would be so incredibly thankful for corrections so I can learn moving forward. With that said, please please please double check as you go. I hope this is useful even just a little bit ♡ Take care and happy learning xo

after what feels like a fairly long and dragging content hiatus, quite a few things have changed around here-
I’m taking a summer course to get my minor done before senior year!
I started looking back at my old posts, and I miss the way I used to bullet journal. hence, this spread from a few weeks back.
I started therapy.
these photos are edited weird, but I can’t help it that my childhood room has one big wall painted coral pink.
I’m home. and I’m wearing a mask inside the house around my parents until further notice (or, at least 14 days after I last traveled)
so, that’s where I’ve been. please please please keep wearing your masks. keep telling your friends and family to keep wearing their masks. wash your hands. stay educated. stay active. call someone you love. watch a show that takes you back to a happier time. 2020 has not gone to waste; if anything, it’s forcing us to finally open our eyes and figure out the importance of being there for one another.

somehow it’s already october? and my monthly spreads for september are finally filled in ☼
I need to do another gratitude log; it really made me appreciate something every day and if you read the things that made me happy, you’ll see that it’s mostly small things (i.e. seeing my loved ones or driving with the windows down)
