Scary Finley! had alot of fun sketching this one. The axolotl inspired gills r alot more visible here, plus i gave him a moray eel-inspired second jaw! yk, just for some extra charm ;)
he's supposed to be over water here, so his hair is laid back alot more. I'd like to think its rlly heavy and you can only ever truly see the full volume of it when he's under water with it, since it sorta just clings to him mostly when on the surface. I did give it a lil bit of a curl, but that's mostly cuz i couldnt help myself hehe
