Details if you gaf: I drink water all day as well as Diet Coke from time to time, mainly before I exercise to suppress my appetite and boost my energy. I try my best to exercise as much as I can while I ★ve. I also smoke all day (my cart), which has helped me get past the boredom of it all. Isn't very healthy what I'm doing, but let's be real, fuck healthy. “Either I drop weight or I drop dead.” Both sound like a rather nice option to me. 😗alr that got dark for a second, ANYWAYS I’m excited to see how this endsssz. WISH ME LUCKS 🍀 .

Breakfast: Oatmeal - 230 cals
Lunch: 3 pork Baos and 2 custard baos ~ 500-800 cals
Dinner: none - 0 cals
Total: 730-1030 cals ): not good
From now until Sunday night I’ll be fasting! Wish me luck

Things to keep me occupied at home when hungry/craving:
1. Clean the kitchen
2. Make my bed
3. Take a walk (bonus points for exercise)
4. Shower or bathe (sweat off some cals lol)
5. Skincare routine
6. Mess around with new makeup looks
7. Make photo collages of future outfits to buy
8. Make TikTok’s
9. Sing and record it (this will occupy me for hours lol)
10. Play games, specifically ones I can’t pause
