"Did you prefer what you were eating before?" Chilton questioned, as though he was going to cook for him again. That was....... more likely than he would like to admit honestly, a lot of worry building up for the young man. He wasn't a monster, just self centered and morally grey enough for people to doubt the previous statement, none of that meant he didn't care. Something they wished they didn't, it was a lot of energy, but it is what it is and he'd survive. Casey however, may not, and that made him.... anxious.

He adapted, just moving on and turning on the stove and setting the skillet on it, blue flames settling on the bottom. They shook their head at the question. "Not upset, just. not sure of anything. A little confused."
