ok so a couple months ago i went through a LOT of friendship issues and i started to really struggle with coping especially when my best friend, whom i always tried so hard to keep, got mad at me because i basically wasnt enough and replaced me with someone whom she had a mutual hatred with for practically six months so i was pretty broken and uh well um i cut myself w a pen knife a couple times but not deep enough to draw blood and a day before school started i decided to open up to my vice chairperson ab it

today when we were talking ab bullying in class and she came to the topic of sh she glanced at me long enough for us to make eye contact for a few seconds

i sometimes want to say i self harm but remember that whenever someone talks about self harm they're talking about the classic cutting your wrists with a blade, so i don't even know if what i do counts
