today i was thinking... silco and powder/jinx's dynamic really looks like arobynn and celaena/aelin's one. it all started when a little girl who had just lost everything in her world gets adopted by an assassin who changes her name and trains her to be a killing machine. both arobynn and silco really loved them, but that doesn't mean their relationship wasn't at least a bit toxic.
