Lesbian warrior hoarding ALL the swords! A dragon age OC who I prefer as a member of the Bull's Chargers instead of 'quisitor, and Sera's girlfriend in my dragon age canon. All of it. Every time.

Imagine Sera plaiting your hair whilst you nap. “Your hair’s really pretty innit? You should let me plait it more often yea? While you’re awake that is.” Requested by @ladytrevxlyan

Zorvaga hadn’t thought her interview went well, staring down the Iron Bull across a tavern table, having a great many questions thrown at her about her morals and none at all about her skills, unless you counted the one about fighting with mages at your back. But that had felt like it was more judging whether or not she could deal with magic than whether or not she could fight.
After it all, though, every exasperated answer about her beliefs, every pointed non-answer to things that were just personal prying for no other reason, it seemed, than to see if she would answer them. After it all, he had given her a crooked smile, and announced a loud “Charger, horns up!” which had almost half the bar cheering and Krem coming over to shove a tankard of ale into her hand.
“It means you’ve got the job.” the lieutenant had said in way of explanation, a grin on his face. “And we’ve got an excuse to drink!”
Part of the Chargers or not, the whole tavern seemed eager to join in, whether by toasting to the new recruit or paying for her next drink, and that was something Zorvaga hadn’t been prepared for. Joining a new company was one thing, being forced into the center of attention, with alcohol involved was a bit too much for her. The night wasn’t half gone before she found herself pushing her latest drink into the hands of another of the chargers and ducking upstairs as quietly as she could.
“Who’re you?” asked a light voice as Zorvaga ducked behind a divide looking for an empty bench.
Zorvaga found herself nearly face to face with a blonde elf, someone she didn’t recognize from the brief introductions she’d had earlier. “I’m Zorvaga, the, ah, new Charger.”
The woman in front of her gave a light laugh. “The one everybody’s using as an excuse to drink tonight? Mind you, you look like a good excuse to drink.”
Zorvaga’s cheeks flushed, but she couldn’t stop the smile spreading across her face. “Does that mean you aren’t offended by me intruding on your quiet corner?”
“Oh heaven’s no!” the laugh was louder now, the elf’s grin wider. “I’m Sera, by the way, and you can intrude on my corner just about any time you like.”
“Including now?”
There was a pause at that, a moment where Sera seemed to study her in a way very similar to Iron Bull during her interview. “Yeah. Have a seat,” she said at last, pointing to the bench against the wall. “Want something better than what that lot drinks? I borrowed a bottle from the Inquisitor. We could share it, yeah?”
Zorvaga gave a nod before going to the bench. “Yeah.” She found herself smiling as the other young woman ducked into the room not too far past the bench, and she knew her cheeks were flushed, from the flirting as much as the drinks she had already had.
Sera, she thought to herself, I think I like this Sera.
