If I had a nickel for every time a non Rotumblr blog of mine has broken into Rotumblr, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot but it's funny that it's happened twice.

This is a resource blog for the Pokemon IRL community, run by @ifbench. I’ve been in the Pokemon IRL community for a little over a year now, and I’ve seen many blogs die to a lack of engagement, which is a shame. So I made this blog to try to recitify that, and boost new and underappreciated Pokemon IRL blogs!

I’ll be doing my best to shout out every new blog I see, but I might miss some. Feel free to send me an ask if you think I missed yours or another person’s blog!

Blog shoutouts will be in the following format:

Addendum: Blogs that cover post-apocalypse in extensive detail or in regards to PMD are asked to not interact. Hey guys! In light of recent news of Pokecharms going down for an indefinite amount of time, i took it upon myself to create a Trainer Card template using Google Drawings! It's free to use for anyone and totally customizable, and I left notes along the outside of the card to help with customization! It's also very easy for me to update, so if you guys have any suggestions for how to improve it, let me know!

One of the best things about creating your own universe is the ability to alter things to your liking. Canon compliancy be damned, I think this person's team could be better.

I'm a "hero of Johto" according to the strangers I meet since I helped deal with the radio tower takeover that happened years ago.

I'm also a champion level professional trainer who specializes in coaching in non hybrid battles, a chosen of a Suicune, and an Eevee hybrid who doesn't want to evolve right now. Honestly I'm not sure I ever want to.

I'm 26 years old and go by he/him pronouns. Do NOT use anything else, even if my tail apparently screams "she/her" to some people.

My current battling team is the following:

Cinnamon - She/her - Eevee, specifically a partner breed Eevee meaning she can't evolve. She's like a sister to me and practically, begged to go with me when I decided to start the gym challenge here. She also taught how to use the Partner Moves.

Lavender - He/him/they/them - Meganium, the starter pokemon that chose to go with me when I went to Elm's lab to pick up a Pokedex. Don't let their calm personality fool you, he's a powerful fighter when he needs to be.

Paprika - He/him/she/her - Houndoom, she can be rather intimidating at times but that's because he is very protective of her team. He also likes jumping in puddles just to splash those nearby.

Sesame - He/Him - Dragonite, he's like the mom of the team and wears that title with pride. He's also an amazing flier, though he sometimes gets carried away when in the air with surprise loops.

Poppy - They/Them - Luxray, a rather new member to the team though they are quick on their feet and good at improvising. They also like taking plenty of naps.

Sea Salt - She/her/he/him/they/them - Suicune, my chooser. He likes having the opportunity to battle on a team and usually stays nearby because of that. She is allowed to come and go as they please so he can handle any legendary duties that I can't as a chosen.

I also coached a Raichu named Mustard, who uses she/they pronouns. They do still battle sometimes but chose to retire from professional battling.

There's a chance I move this onto another post but right now I think it's fine to keep here.

I have everything but regular asks turned off.
