In this exclusive interview on the Zenergy Podcast, our host Karan Takhar have the great pleasure of speaking to Dan Croft, a founding member of the IFC scaling solar program. Mr. Croft has been at the forefront of renewable energy development for nearly two decades. We discuss his involvement in the energy sector, the challenges of integrating solar into African markets, and the role of storage in the future of renewable energy and solar initative.
Mr. Croft first became involved in the renewable energy sector in the early 2000s. Since then, he has been an invaluable source of knowledge and expertise in the field. He was instrumental in developing and implementing IFC's so-called âUpstreamâ strategy, the goal of which was to enable private sector participation in the area of renewable energy.
