if i have to have a higher calorie food i normally try to limit myself to having less than 100 calories of whatever it is!! my estimations aren’t perfect but the mindset helps me from overeating <3

some tricks i use
> chamomile tea helps with a bloated stomach (you can also use it as a steamer if you have a cold, just put the hout the in a bowl, put a towel over your head and inhale the steam for a few minutes)
> green tea boots your metabolism and keeps you awake 
> lavender tea is good for insomnia or anxeity
> instant soups can be helpful if you’re craving something savoury
> if you’re tired of drinking plain water, make it fancy with some lemon juice or mint leaves
> freeze lemon water and suck on it if you’re craving something

day 15: are you vegan or vegetarion? if so, has this helped you to lose weight? if no, do you ever consider turning vegan or vegetarian?
i am vegetarian!! ive been vegetarian since i was 12 lol so a lil bit before my ed developed. tbh it has helped me in an unconventional way? bc im vegetarian my parents often cook dinners i cant eat so they dont get mad at me for not eating, and dont notice when i skip dinner hehe

my ugw is 95 lbs! tbh i don’t know when i’ll reach it, cuz idk when i’ll have time to fast or when i’ll plateau. if school opens in november (which it’s supposed to) i expect to reach it by january. if not i’ll prob reach it in march.

UHH MEAT? i became vegetarian before i was ana but it was still to lose weight. it was hard at fast but tbh i don’t regret it bc i don’t eat most of what my parents cook so it’s easy to skip meals 😁
