In Engage Classic mode, if a character dies, sometimes other characters will react to the death if you talk to them on the battlefield. Zelkov and Kagetsu only have quotes for each other. Ivy has quotes for both of them. These are from the text dump. Spoilers below!

Kagetsu was seldom anything but irritating in life. Why do I feel such *grief* over his death? - Zelkov if Kagetsu dies I cannot believe Zelkov is gone.
