Posting my workouts of the week to hold myself accountable, these are the workouts from last week when i truly started working out. Todays gymsession felt really good, I was really content with myself after. Im adding even more exercise next week so hopefully I can stay on track.
monday / nothing
tuesday / nothing
wednesday / went to the gym, lower body
thursday / light workout
friday / nothing
saturday / went to the gym, upper body exercises
sunday / went to the gym, abs and back, cardio
