just a reminder that you can suffer from anxiety and depression and work on music at the same time….you can be mad at zayn but don’t say he was faking he stress/anxiety/depression because that is ablest and gross and people with mental illness don’t always just sit in bed all day.

guys pls dont question zayns story like..  he said that he was over stressed and we know that they’ve been overworked.. we talked about it months and months before this all happened and we said again and again that they needed breaks. i know this is confusing but it’s hard enough to openly say “this is affecting my mental health.” it’s even worse when people don’t take you seriously.
