Ok, as most of my followers PROBABLY know, I've been getting some really weird questions about my art.

Things like "why did you draw these characters like this" and "I don't like how you drew them like that".

When I saw this I was like "What?" 😕

So, I decided to answer these question as politely and honestly as I could.

Then I started getting a little paranoid thinking "What if I get more messages like this again? What do I do then?"

I was actually considering about signing off.

But I don't want to do that because I've met too many good people on here.

I can't just leave without saying anything.

That'd be terrible of me. 😞

I haven't been on tumblr for that long, so I don't really get how things work around here.

Sorry for that.

But I need to have a little backbone every once in a while.

I don't want to start any drama or anything, but I shouldn't have to deal with this.

To the people who've been sending me those questions, allow me to give you my answer.

And I'm sorry if what I say might rub you the wrong way.

I can PROMISE you I have NO INTENTION of offending ANYONE when it comes to my art.

Compare to some of the stuff you see on tumblr, what I make is basically vanilla.

Remember that.

All I wanna do is draw things that can make people happy ,maybe even inspire them, and express myself.

Let my imagination run wild a bit.

But that's going to be hard to do if you ask difficult questions with non-existent answers.

I shouldn't have to validate everything I draw.

I draw the things I draw simply because I want to and it's fun.

Can't it just be as simple as that?

I KNOW what I do is harmless and if other people like my art, then that's fine by me.

Instead of questioning every little thing, why not just take the time to enjoy what you see?

That's what I want. For people to enjoy what I work hard on. 🌸😊🌸

I like what I do and other people do, too.

But if something about my art bothers you or if you don't like it, you don't have to see it.

You can even block me if you want.

Just leave me be.

I deserve the right to express myself.

Everyone does.

Like how I'm expressing my feelings right now.

(And if someone could get in touch with the tumblr staff and ask them to put in a mature content filter, that'd be great. 😑)

If you feel entitled to your own opinions, that's fine I guess.

Just don't go overboard with them.

Like I said, what I'm doing is harmless, I can assure you.

But if you still feel my art is off putting in any way, you're free to ignore my work or block me.

Just leave me to my own devices, OK?

An Alolan Vulpix and Snow Miku collaboration has been announced! Snow Miku is a mascot based on vocaloid Hatsune Miku and the event contains merchandise and will run in Hokkaido from February 4th to 11th! ❄️

Disclaimer: I’m completely self taught so my art is not necessarily anatomically correct nor realistic. This is just how I personally draw shoes.

Chunky Big Shoes !! Shoes are one of my absolute favorite things to draw so I’m glad you like how I draw them! these are the only real tips I have lmao. I always just make a vague shape (sorta,,,looks like a cartoon steak or smthn) and then draw the shoes.

In case you guys aren’t aware, there was pokeball promoing going on at twitter through official Pokémon Twitter account, as in, the Ball Guy invaded it. well, we got three codes to use til January 15th 2020.
