A Warning About Sweetavidan

Hi everyone. This isn't something we usually do in this blog, but I believe the safety of the community is important, and as someone who knows someone directly involved in this I personally feel the need to spread this. I encourage each and every one of you to spread this news around, share it to other social media platforms - do what we can to get this user deplatformed.

You can read the full Reddit post below, but I will summarise the developing situation. Sweetavidan (otherwise known as Charlotte, or 'Char') is a popular YouTuber who makes compilations for the Game Grumps. However, a user has come out with evidence showing that this user has engaged in extremely inappropiate behaviour.

They have stalked Dan and the other Grumps, retrieved personal information such as phone numbers, addresses and license plates; they have acquired private photos from relatives and SO's. Additionally, they have been grooming minors and encouraging them to participate in NSFW discussions and roleplays.

Speaking personally - I have known about this situation for a couple of months already. A lot this news has been circling in the background and I can 100% confirm the validity of it all. I've wanted to see this user deplatformed desperately but never felt it was my place to start that.

I implore everyone to share this information and stay far away from this user. But please do not bring this up to the Game Grumps. They are already aware.

Hello! Some of you may know about Sweetavidan. A youtuber who makes compilation videos of the Game Grumps, such as "Dan Avidan once said" or "Arin Hanson once said".It was recently brought to attention on their Discord Server that they were engaging in inappropriate behaviour toward the Grumps, their family, and other GG community members.Sweetavidan AKA Char or Charlotte used the internet to dig up private information on the Grumps such as their phone numbers and previous and current addresses, most notably Dan's Girlfriend Ashley.Char was able to figure where and when Ashley went to school as well as dug up a photo of Ashley with another person back in the early 2010's.Char also posted photos of Dan's sister as well as his Niece and Nephews.But most concerning was the grooming of fellow UNDERAGE community members. Also featured in the folder is a chat between a community member and Char, as well as, notes taken from a chat with another UNDERAGE community member who wishes to remain anonymous.The bottom line is that Char/Sweetavidan is a dangerous community member and I want us all to know this so what happened to other members doesn't happen to anyone else. The proper action is being taken with both the Creepy stalkerish behaviour and the Grooming. dan avidan was falsely accused. the woman who is the supposed "victim" said she doesnt believe it was grooming, and the poster of the thread has been backpedalling.

this shit. is so fucking infuriating.

false accusations are life changing. i cant imagine how dan must feel right now. he has nieces and newphews. and hes been slandered as a fucking pedophile online.

i hope he sues.

false accusations also hurt real sa survivors. people will be less inclined to believe them.

this all reeked of antisemitism and blatant hatred, coming from a hate subreddit that looks up to a white supremacist who are unapologetic in their desire to ruin arin and dans careers no matter the consequences.

the OP has deleted their tweet stating that the claims they made in the reddit post were false, and has since locked their Twitter account (not at all sketchy)

and I just wanna say: maybe consider the fact that this came from a subreddit filled with Jon-era fans and other shits who explicitly hate the Grumps and especially Danny for “replacing” Jon. Maybe think for more than five seconds about why this may have happened to a Jewish man, by a subreddit filled with JonTron fans (which is a known fact).

The most likely thing to have happened in regards to all this is just that Danny had sex with a full-grown, consenting adult woman. And OP didn’t do any of their fucking research beforehand. 

I genuinely hope that Danny presses charges against this person.

edit: it’s been shared by several people that this is not the OP of the reddit post, though the OP HAS gone into hiding since more information has come out about this possibly being false (quite frankly a bit suspicious) . Donnie is someone who most people seemed to get information from about the original post, as they shared the reddit post on twitter.
