A few reminders:

Don’t forget to check the GISHWHES UPDATES page regularly for changes to the Item list and other important announcements.

Remember to read & follow the GISHWHES COMMANDMENTS! There’s nothing more disappointing than to have to give a hardworking team fewer points or penalize them for breaking the rules & commandments.  Things like sharing your submissions publicly before the end of the Hunt or an abundance of Outsourcing are ways that could cause your team to lose points— or even disqualify you. Don’t let that happen to you!

Remember: quality counts. Think about artistry and composition in your images and videos. The judges will be considering these things. 

Be kind to everyone, including members of your team, the unsuspecting members of “normal society” who encounter your Hunt shenanigans, your support network, and most of all, be kind to yourself.

MOST OF ALL, remember to have fun and be weird!

I nominate my mother for a special recognition and prizes because it is not just about the love she gives , but everything she encounters and overcomes to give us the love we have.The past year has not been easy for my family , however especially for my mom.Last February my maternal grandfather was diagnosed with skin cancer (cervical).My mom was truly having a hard time coping with this and yet still managed to Take care of my grandparents and my immediate family.She still took is to dance practice and took my grandfather to every surgery, radiation, and chemo treatment.She showed me that even when everything seems at its worst you have to persevere and break through tour emotional barrier.The saddest thing i have ever witnessed my mom crying because she is so strong .My mom could have easily turned into an alcoholic or given up.All through this pain and this standstill state my family had been she still managed to wake up every morning get out of bed and put her best foot forward.Our house over the past year was very tedious and gloomy because all we did was worry.Now my grandfather is cancer free and we are looking forward to enjoying more years with him. Most of the time we only see the affects of happiness and not what work was put into it to share it.😊My mom also introduced me to an awesome show called Supernatural #givelovetoday
