Week9
Photomontage & collage showing sense of interior
I was exploring different styles. I tired to show the feeling and mood of the interior space. Some of them are from my imagination and some of them are inspired by vapour wave style.

A Drawing A Day
This week I really focused on how to present the feeling of interior and three dimensions in flat shades of colours. I used SAI and tablet as media and material and I think I should keep practising colour matching and coding next week.

Diagram of Journey from home to RMIT
Temperature: blue and red showing the changes
Wind:blue lines showing the direction of the wind and they were very strong
People density: dots
Moods: grey thin lines
Diagram of the urban square basketball at RMIT
People movement, wind and sound
Finalised diagram of the Urban Square
I focused on people movement and how they utilised space. I put them in three groups shown in different colour. The straight line at the middle represent the direction of the wind. The curvy lines around represent the sound. It is very noisy at the left because there is construction work happening, so I show it in thicker and multiple lines. Trees and buildings surrounds the area so I also drew them onto the diagram to show the mood of the urban space.

Week6
Process / trial of photography the model of Escher X Nendo exhibition.
I tried different angle and filter and I discover that it’s better to position the camera inside the model so audience can feel the immersive experience of the interior. Comparing to the colour filters, black and white or pure colour is a better option as I feel the worlds between these two colour in the exhibition. They create strong contrast.

Experience of Nendo X Escher Exhibition
(Final Production)
Symmetric 2D and 3D patterns surround by Bach music that makes me calm and want to explore more about the art work. Light and shadow also create interesting positive and negative space.I used paper, cardboard, cotton and a tourch for lighting effect.

Week3 Drawings
It was interesting to walk around the CBD and to capture interiors by pen and paper. It helped me look closer to the interesting feature. I found out that passengers keep the city alive.
For the future I might start to investigate the areas outside of the CBD and explore the differences of the interiors.
