"Hey there!" Yuugi greeted, head tilting as he offered a small smile "New around these parts? Or are you just visiting and looking to build a deck?" / Itsuki, have a precious Yuugi. u.u

SHE SURE WAS, BRO! Itsuki's eyes would briefly widen with wonderment, upon first taking in @inmemcrum's AMAZING HAIR, before finally smiling in return at the friendly boy. But just before she could answer him, Her brows would furrow confusion at that last part, "A DECK, bro? Ah didn't see many SHIPS on the way here, though! 'didn' know y'all were famous fer dat!"

Itsuki couldn't make it any more clear just how lost she actually was, than right then.

ITSUKI HERSELF WOULD NOTICE just how... well, RIGHT AT HOME the sis already seemed here. She must have spent quite some time here in the LAND OF THE RISING SUN, when compared to other guests that have ventured here from other parts of this big ol' world of theirs. And while Itsuki would let her guest sit however she wanted, she still couldn't help but admire just how politely she had tucked her legs underneath herself then whilst she received her food.

"Yeah! You got it, sis~!" The little one couldn't help but clap her hands together, honestly delighted to see just how easily she was able to say its name. Which, isn't too surprising, seeing as she herself was the QUEEN OF MISPRONOUNCIATIONS. When she noticed the sis pausing for a moment, she would gesture for her to continue, "No worries, sis. Dat whole plate's jus' for ya, so enjoy! An' today's one has FISH in-it~! Heck, ah promise ya... even wit'out aneh fillin's, these are the best snacks ta take along wit' ya anywhere!"

As she got comfortable and settled herself down from across the other, Itsuki would rest her face between her palms and lean forward with a beam on her face.

"So, tell me a lil' more 'bout yerself... where are ya from? You speak Japanese... amazin'ly!"

Kassandra couldn't say no to free food. Even if she no longer needed to eat, it was still something she could enjoy, and she certainly enjoyed eating the local cuisine anywhere she went. One of the tiny pleasures that allowed her to still feel a little human, even though the years had tried to steal that feeling from her slowly and painfully. Kassandra moved to sit, tucking her legs under her as she had seen many others in the region do before eating. She was a quick study on local customs.

As the tray of rice balls was set before her, the Keeper couldn't help but smile. So far, everything she's had in her time here has been delicious and she was certain this would be no exception.

"Onigiri..." she said, testing the word on her tongue, mindful of getting the pronunciation right. At least the staff made it easier for her to get new languages with ease, and speak them too. It made her travels incredibly easy. Kassandra reached out to pick one up, only pausing to make sure she wasn't breaking any rules by reaching out. Following customs helped keep her from standing out more than she did. "What's in this onigiri? It smells delicious."

WAIT... FUR? PAWS? Itsuki's eyes would slowly begin to widen in realisation, as the bros' description sank in then. Ekichi was not a fellow student that this bro was chasing after out of murderous intent... the complete opposite, actually.

"E-Ekichi's yer... pet?" There was a pause, before she continued, "Then... how did ya get dat black eye of yers, bro?"

And well, this changed EVERYTHING!

"Okay, okay... we'll find him! ... can ya tell me what he likes ta eat? Does he like milk? Fish? Maybe we can lure him in wit' dat!"

kuwabara didn't have time for kitchens, cooks, eating, and all that. he just needed to find hisfriend! and when the girl said no one else had shown up, he froze—internally, of course.

"he has hazel eyes, brown and beige fur… his paws are beige too," kazuma said. "there are two little yellow balls hanging from his neck- look, you need to help me, eikichi is not just my friend, he is my family."

Hi guys, since I am sorta becoming more active on here again. I thought I'd update my DNI a bit more.

ITSUKI HERSELF WAS A LIL' TAKEN ABACK, when he was still able to offer such praise to her while they were in the midst of battle. While she had gotten better in wielding her hammer, Itsuki knew that she still had a long way to go.

Still, it was definitely nice to receive a little recognition, especially from an experienced and SKILLED WARRIOR like this! And even through harsh intakes of breath, and with hot sweat streaking down the sides of her face. Itsuki would manage a grateful grin back at the bro-- "EEK!" Only for it to drop for a moment, when the bro swiftly shot that ICICLE at something behind her. Causing her to turn hastily around to see just what had nearly got her, before letting out a loud sigh of relief.

"W-Whew, thanks, bro!" She was completely out of her element, when it came to these monsters. Having only managed to hold out long enough, before help showed up. "Ah was gonna be a goner, if you hadn' showed up!"

"You—are quite skilled with that hammer!" Kaeya's surprise quickly became a grunt of effort as he cut down a hilichurl berserker charging towards him with its torch ablaze.

Perhaps in the midst of battle against a roaming group of monsters wasn't the most apt time for the comment, but considering he'd jumped into the fray to help the young girl caught in the middle of them, it was warranted.

Glowing green from underfoot drew his attention down. A sprig of thorny vines began to emerge from the dirt, and his eye snapped back up—searching until he spotted the Dendro samachurl behind the girl's turned back. Brighter was the flash of his Vision as he flung an icicle at the creature. It toppled over with a shrill cry, and the greenery below instantly withered away.

Grip tightening on his sword, Kaeya flashed the girl an encouraging grin. "No need to worry; I've got your back."

SHE COULDN'T EVEN hold back the urge to roll her eyes then, when he expectedly boasted about how many friends he had (Well, he hadn't said how many he had, actually. But it was pretty clear based on his tone).

But, it was then that Itsuki's brows would raise in surprise. While she wasn't exactly an expert on figuring out how old people were (Especially grown ups), he certainly LOOKED WAY YOUNGER than twenty nine to her. Though that was most likely due to how he behaved, and the fact that above half of his face was concealed away by that strange eye mask of his...

"BZZZT!!!" In response, Itsuki would make a loud, obnoxious buzzer noise. "Wrong! Are ya even tryin', bro~?" Despite how annoyed she seemed, the little one was actually starting to play along better with his man's antics. And well, seeing as he did answer her question in the end, it seemed fair to share her age as well, "Anyways... uhm twelve, bro... but seriously yer twenty nine?"

satoru was grinning from ear to ear, thoroughly enjoying the situation - especially with the girl poking the space between the tip of her index finger and his cheek.

"i already have enough friends, thanks!" oh, wait… how many are left...? uhh, that was sad. "... but since i'm really cool and handsome, i'll tell you. i'm twenty-nine, and you...?" satoru smiled again, holding back a laugh. "pff- five?"

WITH A SOFT TSK, Itsuki would wave her mitten dismissively at the bro. She had made her choice, and she was going to see this through until the very end. As she chose to believe and trust in this bro, she did also very much wish to see him reunite with his dear friends. And, well... if he was lying about everything he had just said to her (Which she highly doubted, thankfully)... then he was definitely gonna REGRET it...

But something told her that the latter was very unlikely to happen, the longer she stood in the presence of this bro.

"We jus' gotta make sure they don't find out, bro." While easier said than done, this little one was not going to give up just yet. Not when they could use this giant manor to their advantage. They still had a chance of dodging and avoiding the Dessendre family members that needed dodging and avoiding! "... 'specially the CLEA SIS, yea." She grimly agreed, having seen how scary she could actually be. And being so thankful then that she had not yet been on the receiving end of any of it.

"An' anyways..." Worst comes to worst, Itsuki had already prepared herself for that scenario as well. While she didn't exactly want to take advantage of their hospitality, how badly could they punish their guest for making this 'lil mistake'? "... uhm sure they can fergive a lil' kid like me fer messin' up, right~?"

So Verso and Alicia were at home. Good. So he wasn't risking himself in vain. He would see his friend first, than Alicia later. But maybe Verso could call her to his room? It would be better and less invasive. There were some tips he wanted to share with Alicia about writing and Verso... well, Verso was Verso. His heart beat fast at the mention of his name every time.

"Thank you." He appreciated she wouldn't tell anyone about his little visit, even though she had the right to do so. "Look, I don't want you to get into trouble because of me, though... I can't stop you from following me, but yeah... I'd be really embarrassed if either Renoir or Aline found us in Verso's room. Or even Clea."

Clea would be the worst. She took the war between their families way too seriously. She already despised him for trying to keep his friendship with both of her siblings, but it wasn't like he was going to blame her. They were all victims.

"Really, though... you don't have to help me. You're probably going to get the blame for this."

LAUGHTER WOULD BUBBLE past Itsuki's lips, before she had the chance to stop herself. For there was just something about @starsweepers' honesty then that would tickle her sides just right. For truer words have never been spoken, when it came to her viking friend. And, well... lacking a lil' humility wasn't all that bad in Itsuki's eyes. Particularly when it came this here sis. Heck, when considering where she was born and raised, Ruffnut should be proud!

The sis was tough as nails, and had shown that she was just as capable if not more so than a number of the boys that she fought alongside with. There was truly just a lot about her that Itsuki greatly RESPECTED and ADMIRED, if this the younger herself were to be honest (Well, even more honest) with herself then. Ruffnut was indeed a force to be reckoned with, and Itsuki knew that she was only gonna KICK MORE BUTTS when the time comes!
