more on the "romantic comedy" thing, i do hope there's sonamy scenes for the fans, but i hope Amy gets a scene with Shadow, as her scene from the SA2 game got replaced to be Sonic's in Sonic 3. She's such an important character for Shadow, both in SA2 and Shadow the Hedgehog (2005) (depending on the route, but im referring to Miracle of Love, where you go to the True Hero Ending after crossing paths with Amy), and while it doesn't have to be a ship thing, I hope they form a close bond, have their own moment together that's just as special.
