I think you might be onto something!
Perhaps Strawberry Floormaster Lady wants to help Sara seek revenge against Miley for what happened to Joe. So, she has to make a choice whether to kill her or not. In each floor, a different female Floormaster has always appeared, so if Nankidai is following a specific pattern, it could be: the first floor representing joy, where Sara was happy because Joe was alive; the third floor representing sadness because Joe has died; and the final floor should be anger and vengeance.
It would even make more sense if this Floormaster has a deep connection with Sara, like Midori and Shin, especially considering there's an unknown red book that I'm convinced belongs to Sara. Still, I have no idea who wrote it, and if it turns out to be her, it would be a cool twist.
Happiness, Sadness, and now Anger?
I've been discussing with friends that this upcoming Strawberry Floormaster Lady could have an emotion pun name--an "anger" name to match Sue Miley/Hoemi's happiness and Tia Safalin/Hannaki's sadness. If Nankidai continues this trend, he'll probably start her name with an "H" sound too.
This theme would also match how our Obstructor Maple cycled through three emotions, one at a time. Happiness, sadness, anger.
I like the idea that the prominence and fates of the three floor master women could represent which primary emotions Sara is feeling. In the beginning she is happy with Joe; in the middle she mourns him; in the end, she's tempted with revenge...?
All three women have survived to the final chapter, so if they each symbolize an emotion, their fate could reflect the tone of the story's ending. Maybe Sara could kill her chance of happiness (Miley) in favor of revenge (Strawberry Lady), or something similarly symbolic.

I don't know but I think is a loophole like Midori and Alice's memory in 3-B for example. It's a good observation.
does anyone else find it just a bit suspicious how little safalin claims to know about the current events in the death game?
she was unaware as to what we call hiyori now and asks qtaro who stabbed him.
we aren't on her floor anymore, but the other floormasters seemed to be paying attention to what was happening outside of their reign. miley was paying attention enough to catch onto gashu's transgression. midori was most definitely paying attention going off of how detailed of a response he could give to any participant's name. in fact, the naming responses give us the information that he was observant enough to the game to know about laizer, an event that didn't seem to be planned by asunaro or one overall relevant to the death game:
so why the hell is safalin clueless to what's going on?
the two things I can think of is that
1. this is letting us in on her personality and view of the death game a bit. she was involved only when she needed to be and now prefers to only do behind-the-scenes work as requested of her as we see in 3-1b.
2. she could simply be lying. this would go against the floormaster code as she is saying these things to participants, and telling qtaro she doesn't know who stabbed him while treating his wound, and eventually telling him it's deadly, would be quite deceitful. (post coming up on how wild I find this plan to be by the way). it's currently unclear how this code applies to floormasters once their floor has been cleared, however, so perhaps this could be a loophole.
#just an observation not really a theory#tia safalin#yes I will overly analyze everything safalin does and you can't stop me.

Emiri Harai character discussion!
This post is split into two parts, canon and non-canon discussion. The first half is a summary of all we know about her and the second discusses fandom theories, my thoughts on these theories, and my theories/predictions. Basically, this is one huuuuge infodump.
Before we begin, here is your spoiler warning for literally the whole game. Also, trigger warnings for the mentions of death and suicide as present in the game.
A final note to make it clear who I'm talking about: The names Emiri and Miley will be used interchangeably throughout this, same for Safalin and Michiru. Miley is also referred to as Hoemi in one quote.
If you don't want to read the full summary and just want to skip to part two, here's a board with the basic information needed on Emiri as of 3-1b:
If you are skipping ahead, the second parts beginning is highlighted in red to make it easy to find!
Let us begin...
Out of the two recruitment files we get in 3-1b, we get far more information on Emiri. The essential information we get is that, like Michiru, she is being treated poorly in her current work environment. Despite this, she has no plans of leaving her work thanks to the presence of a co-worker she has plans of marrying. The file states the organization is willing to drive her love interest mad in order the recruit her.
At some point in joining Asunaro, she takes on the name Sue Miley as we know her, the laughing doll. We don't know anything about her work in the organization between getting recruited and the actual death game. Unlike Gashu and Hiyori, we don't have a direct answer as to what her general research topic is.
Her workspace has a mix of items: a doll of herself used at the games beginning, multiple monitors, a computer playing Hayasaka's victim video, a drawer containing the security tape, a desk with materials and tools that seem similar to what would be used for the collars, and most importantly, an obscured lab room with a person on a hospital bed. The bed could suggest Miley has some medical knowledge and the desk may suggest some sort of mechanical work, but nothing confirmed.
In the game, Miley is generally less involved than other floormasters. For the first half of chapter one, the participants are tasked with placing her doll body back together. Upon doing so, the real Miley steps in (although the participants are under the impression she is a doll), and leads them through the test trial. In this trial, Professor Mishima dies due to the participants not understanding what the vote meant. At this point, she begins to taunt the participants, mostly Kanna over her intense reaction to Mishima's death. She calls her a sister killer, sparking Kai to hit her with his frying pan causing her to bleed. This becomes useful in the future for discovering that she is not a doll.
In the main game, she performs the execution devices, however is not able to do so as Qtaro stops her so Kai can kill himself instead.
Although her floor master role ends as the participants move to floor three, she still is present in the game.
Leading up to the main game, Miley appears in Sara's bedroom in the night to give her the participant survival percentage papers. We never get the reasoning as to why she did this, but it ends up being majorly beneficial to us in discovering the difference between a participant and a candidate (which helps us find Gashu's transgression) and solving Shin's true identity.
During 2-2 when Sara and Keiji return to the first floor to search for Gin, we make two important discoveries about Miley.
First, in her office, we get sight of a person on a hospital bed hidden behind glass in a locked room. We see they are receiving medical support of some sort but cannot make out anything else about them. We also find and may play the floor one security tape that we find in the drawer.
Next, they overhear Miley speaking to an unknown person who we can assume to be a member of Asunaro. In this conversation, she mentions three important things: the fact that Gashu is interfering with the game, the importance of a security chip placed in Rio Ranger's head, and a way to access surveillance mode in the floor three monitor room. The person she is speaking to is surprised she knows how to turn on the surveillance mode.
Right before main game two, Miley stops Gashu's explanation to scold him for interfering with the death game. This gives the participants a huge lead in figuring out what he has done.
As of 3-1b, Miley has not had any showing in the chapter beyond Hiyori saying she told him Sara is cute when she's angry, along with being the chapter that Hayasaka accesses her recruitment file to show Sara.
So, that ends our explanation of Emiri in the game. I intentionally limited that part to explaining only what we have directly seen and left out personal interpretation, as that is what the next part is for.
Let's begin discussing fandom theories on Emiri.
Most theorizing around her revolves are who her fiance may be, and the most common theory I see is that it may be Hayasaka. The biggest reason would be that it may further explain his confirmed ties with Asunaro. In support of this theory, I would mention that Hayasaka's art book page mentions that he received his glasses from a former female associate and that specifically Hayasaka's video is playing in her office. Overall, however, I personally have no strong feelings toward this theory. I would say that it *possibly* works timeline-wise. If we are saying Hayasaka was "driven mad", it would have to be outside of the 3 years used to update the doll's personality. If we make an assumption that Michiru and Emiri were recruited for Ranger's creation, this would loosely line up with the 3-year mark as we know that's Ranger's creation age. If I was really trying to argue for this assumption, I would pull this deleted scene:
I love prodigies. / Natural-born talent. A point the common person can never approach. The most radiant of anomalies. / Our organization obtained three prodigies. / Lin, who births "positive emotions." Satou, who births "negative emotions." / And of course, none other than myself. / Those two researchers coming to me was simply inevitable. It's what we call fate. / All the pieces necessary to create the ultimate artificial intelligence have assembled. / Now, let's make a human.
If attempting to back the assumption that's what they had been recruited for, I would argue this scene was to describe Emiri (who would have to be the speaker in this), Michiru, and Gashu coming together for the first time to build Ranger. You could argue both of them were brought in under Gashu's requirements because he wanted to build Ranger.
Do I think this is a stretch? 100%, I don't think it proves much at all. This was scrapped for a reason, the way it describes Gashu doesn't fully fit with his canon role in the organization and we have no proof or reason to strongly believe, that Emiri was involved in creating Ranger. We also have no reason to believe Emiri is the speaker. I don't think any of this is strong evidence as I don't particularly believe it one way or another, but I wanted to throw some stuff out there for it anyways.
Next, the one everyone knows is the theory Gin is Emiri's child. The reasons I've seen include Gin's dad being an alcoholic might line up with Emiri's fianc茅 being driven mad, and Hiyori mentions that Gin's mom is still watching over him. Also... get this, they both have brown hair. Personally, this theory doesn't do it for me. I understand why people like it, and the Hiyori line is interesting. I can't think of any direct argument for or against this, other than it would be a little weird if the recruitment files just left out that Emiri had a whole kid. (Note: if anyone reading this has an argument for this theory I didn't mention, please comment! Same for the last one, let me know why you think it if I missed anything, which I'm sure I did).
With that explained, I'm going to start explaining my theories and ideas. First, I want to give my thoughts on the mysteries related to her that I put on the board. None of these are full theories nor do they have reasoning, it's just thoughts that have come up.
Person in her office: With zero evidence or strong belief either answer is true, maybe it's Hayasaka or Mishima. Hayasaka comes to mind because that's whose victim video is conveniently playing right in front of the glass where we see said person. If this is the case, maybe he is her fianc茅e. As for Mishima, maybe it could work into the missing head question if she's attaching him to a doll or something. If one of my predictions is right, I'm leaning far more towards Hayasaka.
Who she was talking to: No clue really. We can rule out Gashu and Ranger, and I would argue against it being Safalin just because they should have been able to recognize her voice. The speech pattern and general motivations do not line up with Hiyori. I also don't have much reason to believe it's Meister. I do want to point out this person is supposed to know more than Miley at least about floor three, as they are surprised she knows how the monitors work. Their personality is more cautious than Emiri's as they warn her not to speak too loudly in case someone is listening. The first part of their conversation sounds like Emiri believes they let them get away: Miley asks if they let them escape, the other person says "I apologize... The key that was here is..." and Miley responds with, "Gone? Sigh... Seriously, give it up." Really, it does sound like it could be Safalin. I just can't get past them not recognizing her voice and can't place a reason as to why we couldn't just know it was her from the beginning gameplay-wise.
Who her fianc茅 is: I don't know if this will end up being relevant and I think it's possible this was mentioned to serve as a future motivation for Miley. If it is someone important, Hayasaka is a fair guess.
Mishima's head: If anything, I think she has his collar or something like that. I'm more on the side of Kai bringing his head up to floor three for some reason or another. Perhaps it's possible Miley was on this floor searching for it, explaining why she knows how the monitors work, and maybe was done at the same time she gave Sara the papers.
I would like to throw a guess as to what Emiri's purpose in Asunaro is. I think she may create the actual dolls. For one, her whole introduction is literally us building a doll. If she is involved in the physical creation of the dolls, that could explain why she knows about Ranger's chip. Her being involved in Ranger's physical creation could explain her recruitment. If she was involved in his creation only to a physical extent, it would make sense why Safalin does not mention her when telling Rio about himself during the Liazer scene. There would be no reason for her to use her limited time to explain his physical being that has nothing to do with the real reason she revived him, to explain why his emotional state is what it is.
Now, here's my theory. I believe that if one of the floormasters turns on Asunaro, it's going to be Miley. I believe this for two reasons; a line that I believe hints at it and the fact she has motivation.
Starting with dialog hints, there's this piece of dialog I've always found interesting when Keiji suggests that someone from Asunaro is working against them from the inside out.
Sara
"One of the kidnappers... is our ally...?!
I have no proof that could fully deny it... but...!!"
Keiji
"Looks like you can't wrap your head around it."
Sara
"There are clearly some illogical aspects, so..."
Keiji
"Well, all that's just my hope, anyhow. / Could be interesting if Miley was related to this, though. Wahaha..."
To me, this line feels like foreshadowing. If not intentional, it doesn't make sense for Keiji to mention Miley here. Sure it could just be a joke, but I can't see what makes it funny enough to put in without further reasoning.
I know deleted scenes don't count as strong evidence, but I would like to mention this line from the deleted scene between Ranger and Shin:
Ranger
"...Anyway, Hoemi was too indulgent, letting you have such a dangerous item as an extra service... / Looking as if she's on the same side as you guys... Ahaha."
Once again, this dialog points towards Miley ultimately working with us.
As for motivation, Miley just has more reasons to turn on the organization than anyone else. Her file is so specific about tricking her, pulling her away from her life just as things were looking perfect. Michiru's file provides nothing of interest to her previous life that can serve as a big motivation for her to turn. Also, in terms of storytelling, Safalin does feel a bit too obvious to be fully with us and it just works as a better twist to be Miley in my opinion. I would also mention that Safalin has already helped us in many ways, we know most of what she's done. She doesn't seem to have many secrets or mysteries that we need to figure out. If we need a floormaster that will turn, which I don't think is unlikely, Miley has more reason to do so and could give us more answers than Safalin could at this point.
That's about all I have to say! This was my first time doing a post like this so let me know what you think, any questions, or if I got something wrong. If you have any requests, let me know and I can try and do the same for another character. I already have one in the works for Michiru :)

My thoughts on the theory Kai is alive. Perhaps it is still possible that he really is. In the memorandum is written that in the second main game there were 2 dead victims, but in the first main game, only one is dead. Charismatic girl's best friend. Why is there no second victim?
Well I'm thinking the second victim didn't die and it was Gokujo. Memorandum man and Gokujo are both very old. And then he looks like Kai. And considering this death game is taken from the past Hades Incident and Kai is important to the winner, he has to be their right hand man.
So I'm 90% sure Kai could be alive.

It's interesting that the people dead in their first trial parallel
9 candidates alive.
Mishima/Hayasaka
Sara/Anzu
Alice/Kurumada
Keiji/Ranmaru
Kanna/real Hinako
Reko/Mai
Shin/Kugie
Q-taro/Megumi
Gin is the only character who parallels no one.
I don't know if it could be important later but its strange that there is no balance between the dead and the living.
I hope that isn't a foreshadowing for Gin is the winner.

personal thoughts on the theory Shin is a bleeding doll. I know there's no such thing as a bleeding doll, but it would be interesting if he died long ago and was brought back to life due to Kugie's wish in exchange for her life and she knew about this. Maybe that could explain why she died in her first trial. Parallel with Midori died because of Alice two and a half years ago, but Asunaro decided to "bring him back to life."
It's strange that they have never met, even Shin AI doesn't know who Kanna is.

I think there are numbers that we have not yet discovered.
First the number 6.
This number continues to appear until 3-B.
There is a pattern that continues until the end.
5+1 (the number 1 means an outsider or a traitor)
1) russian roulette:
6 human (1) doesn't participate in russian roulette
5 human in the blue room. +5 dummies
There is still one mystery that needs to be solved. Why are there dolls that bleed? If dolls aren't supposed to bleed why have them? Also in the attractions there are dolls that bleed.
In the red room there is a weird red liquid that Sara thinks that is blood. This liquid could to be used to fill the dolls. I wonder if there was a error for the dummies since they had to look like dummies in Russian roulette.
Next
6 floormasters
There is a traitor among them.
5+ (1) again. Miley is a traitor because she isn't devoted to Asunaro.
this is a number that will be revealed in 3-2.
Next in chapter 2-2 after the second main game
There are 6 survivors.
5 + (1) there is a double twist.
5 candidates signed the consent form. Sara is a outsider because she didn't sign the consent form but someone wanted to meet Sara.
Second twist
In the banquet all 6 were supposed to be there.
if we take for example the Kanna route.
5+(1) there is a imposter (Q-taro doll)
And there are 7 coffins.
6 dolls +(1) this is the human traitor: Hinako.
But there is another mystery not yet solved.
The coffins
7 coffins like 7 deaths.
I'm suspecting that there is someone who is still alive after the twist with Hinako who looks a lot like Kai.
AND someone who has already died a long time ago like Midori.
Kai and joe are sus.
Kai/Hinako parallel each other
Russian roulette/banquet and this discussion in video
adding to the theory kai is alive + asunaro wants to repeat the hades incident.
Kai looks like Gokujo. He is a refugee who escaped from the death game.
Perhaps is possible that Kai is alive and escaped from the death game.
Joe/Midori have a million parallels and the manga confirms this.
Also the names Jou Tazuna and Sou Hiyori sound similar.
even if it's a lame and stretch twist to have a doll that bleeds the numbers match the coffins.
5 real deaths in this death game = 5 real dummies
But depends if Nankidai plans to use those dolls for a final twist.
we haven't found out what number 17 means.
who is number 17?
the number 3 means doll or human.
There are 17 dolls and AIs in total. So 3 humans could be Kai, Nao and Kugie. 3 humans that don't have a doll and Joe made a wish to have Sara in this death game.
But if Kai is the number 17. So means that the number 3 are the dummies. There are 3 dummies among the cast.
My suspects are: joe, shin and sara. Perhaps joe has more information about dark Sara since he has a task like her handicap.
Anyway these are the numbers we need to find out.
1) 6 floormasters (1 traitor)
2) 5 dummies that bleeding: what do they mean?
3) 7 coffins = Someone we think is dead they are actually alive?
4) who is the number 17 and the 3 not secured.

After I played Alice minisode, suspect they aren't siblings by blood, both what Stronghold said and Hut man is only interested in Reko joining since she was a kid in music school (probably for the death game and Alice was not invited).

Kai route/minisode added fuel to the theory "Gin is the canon winner of this death game".
Gin has his mom watching him, Gashu said the same thing to Kai and he survived as winner in the battle.
Perhaps it could be the true ending of both routes?
Is Asunaro targeting to have Gin as the winner because he is the youngest of the group and can stay for a long time with them?
More details check the link.

Candidates theory
candidate theory inspired by Kai minisode
It seems the candidates of this death game.
I wonder if Asunaro took a cue from this battle of assassins to create the death game.
Though I think the candidates come from every different house/family, I also noticed that no one has a sibling except Shin and Alice. Reko and Shin are the original candidates maybe only one candidate per family can participate while the others have a normal life?
This could mean that Kanna and Shin lived together for a while and don't remember it.
Sei was adopted and is considered an assassin candidate so the connection by blood isn't the only quality to be eligible to participate.
The rivalry with Kai and Sei reminded me a lot, Shin and Sara in the death game. They both hated each other then started bonding over the island vacation. Kai and Sei hate fighting each other since the beginning.
Nankidai really like number 3.
the battle is over down to 3 survivors and then Sei and this kid are dead.
as in the majority vote that has yet to happen.
my prediction:
the death game will continue until there are 3 survivors left.
Keiji dies, Sara loses her will to live after his death and Shin feels pity for her as in the memorandum and Gin has the will to live for his mother like this kid.
Parallels
Kai/Shin
Sei/Sara
Kid/Gin
If this is the majority vote.
Maybe we'll get Shin pov.
Ms. Red= Sara
Mr. Blue = Gin
(I had always thought it might be Shin but that would be a nice twist)
I still have no idea if it's the choice for the doll or human but maybe it depends on the choice of the character.

Ugh looking at this pic with the dolls location again, i have a super wild theory.
in the previous post I talked about foreshadowing.
Well I'm thinking what if Asunaro has a chronological order for the deaths in this Death game?
I have no idea if the order of placement for these dolls is right to left like in Japan.
Chronological order from right to left.
Alice-> Gin-> Reko?-> Keiji-> Kanna-> Shin-> Q-taro-> Mishima
The dolls are all standing in the back and it's pretty obvious that their first trial is rigged so that only these nine candidates can survive. Not seeing Joe's doll reminds me of the simulations with Sara, maybe this is the chronological order of the deaths of the simulations?
I have a doubt if Sara killed Keiji seeing that she is close to him.
BUT if you try to read from left to right.
Mishima-> Q-taro-> Shin-> Kanna-> Keiji-> Joe?-> Reko-> Gin-> Alice
If Asunaro has a order of deaths in this Death Game, I think it could be this one.
There must be more behind Mishima's death and it could be for this reason. If Kai hadn't entered the game someone else would have gotten the sage card and could be Q-taro or someone else.
After Mishima's death, the orders were canceled due to the presence of non-candidates. Joe's death is suspicious enough, why did he get the sacrifice card? I've read speculation that Kai tried to give Joe the card so he could run off with Sara. It may be true. The first main game hides some mysteries.
Q-taro was supposed to die in the final attraction and now I understand why Safalin tried to protect Gin twice. He wanted to target Q-taro, but Ranger ruined her plans and killed a yabusame and the order went off the rails. She managed to get it back in the next chapter.
Shin and Kanna had to die in the second main game. If Gashu hadn't intervened in the second main game, Kanna would have managed to take the sacrifice card and Shin would have died with the majority vote.
Safalin seemed disappointed with the vote.
This death game will continue until there are 3 survivors left and then the majority vote, in the Kanna route there are 5 survivors, two have to die. What if Safalin plans to kill Kanna/Shin?
I have a gut feeling that Keiji will protect Kanna and die this time. He tried to protect her by taking the tag from her. Like Ranmaru in the Sou route and then he died no matter what. It could be interesting as redemption arc for Keiji to die instead of Kanna, since he regretted voting for her.
Sou route is missing one death, I wonder how Nankidai will conclude Keiji's redemption arc for this route? How will Keiji and Shin get good closure?
The only thing I can think is that Keiji will protect Shin because he is the only one who can help Sara and Gin run away of the game and he regrets voting for Kanna. Shin is satisfied in this way with Keiji's death.
Nankidai please if you plan to kill Keiji please unravel all the mysteries about him.
In conclusion seems that Safalin had in mind to keep Alice, Gin and Sara alive in the finale, but is no longer possible because in the Sou route they both died and they could die in the Kanna route, only these three survivors remain: Gin, Kanna/Shin and Sara.

Well I hope that doll position is not a foreshadowing.
Q-taro is next to Mishima. Before the second main game there is the AI simulation with Q-taro and Mishima, then in the banquet Q-taro dies no matter what.
Kanna and Shin: the second main game vote. Shin or Kanna dies.
Gin is next to Alice Megumi and Anzu. It's a foreshadowing for the final attraction there are two missing dolls, Joe and Reko. To save Gin, Reko's doll had to be sacrificed. Then there is another foreshadowing the banquet with Anzu and Gin. Sara makes a wish that Midori change coffins, Anzu died instead of Gin.
Now Keiji and Sara: I think Joe's doll was next to Keiji. Joe died in the first main game. Keiji was about to die before the banquet. Maybe next time Keiji will die and Gin will get a character development like Nao.
I read a Japanese theory if Gin dies in the Sou route there will only be 3 left and it will all end with a majority vote. Sara has to choose whether to save Keiji or Shin, but if maybe Keiji dies and only Gin and Shin are left. Will Sara have to choose logic or emotion again like in the second main game?

seems to have guessed the cover of the manga. It was pretty obvious.
I also read scan number 30 which should be the last chapter of volume 4.
I was hoping to get some hints for Kai's death or if there's a hidden foreshadowing to know if he's alive, but unfortunately it confirms him as dead.
Rip Kai alive theory
I have no idea how volume 5 will start.
Next Covers?
Volume 5 -> Kai (2-1 start)
Volume 6 -> Reko (2-1 Final Attraction)
Volume 7 -> Kanna (2-2 start)
Volume 8 -> Nao (2nd Main Game)
Volume 9 -> Alice (3-1 start)
Volume 10 -> Q-taro (banquet)
Volume 11 -> Mishima (3-2 start)
Volume 12 -> Gin (3-2 ???)
Ugh I don't know how to feel if Nankidai decides to put Gin as the last volume of the manga, if he dies in the ending or something worse.
And well, Mishima has other mysteries so I guess makes sense to see him as the penultimate character in cover.

I'd like to add that Nao is an outsider, not meant to survive that long, maybe she was supposed to die instead of a yabusame, but in the second main game she replaced someone's death, I was thinking about Keiji, but it's more likely that she took Gin's place, because in chapter 3 Safalin preferred to kill q-taro for Keiji to survive while Kanna or Shin vote was not planned, in fact Safalin was disappointed with Shin's vote and Gin disagreed to vote for Shin.Japanese fandom believes that logic route is canon for the name Shin in kanji means truth, so Shin route = true ending.
Anyway if Nao had not participated in the second main game, Gashu would not have intervened and whoever would have died with the sacrifice card Kanna or Gin, a kid would have died.
This is just some analysis but the logic route is infact the canon route or the memorandum route.
If we look back to the memorandum, all of the deaths line up perfectly.
The bestfriend that died in the first main game was joe.
Now for the man whose views most aligned with her is Nao. Hear me out on this. Throughout the game, both sara and nao are very close. Nao always protects and agrees with sara. They both have lost someone special to them and they both tried escaping death (Nao stealing alices/Rekos tokens and sara trying to do the same thing) They are both similar characters which is why I believe she is meant to represent the man whose views aligned with her the most.
Then the young boy who dies would be kanna as she was young.
I believe in logic route, sara will die in the 3rd main game. The only reasoning I have is that in emotion route, at the end of the chapter, we see Mr chidouin congratulating sara for surviving. However in logic, this never happens which means sara doesn't win.
We can also say that shin resembles the memorandum guy because of the similarities there. Even though the game is rigged in Sara's favour, choosing logic, will have her die just like in the memorandum.
