When I posted vents on my thinspo blog, my ex told me, “not everyone just goes around talking about all their problems. I fix my shit on my own, like you’re supposed to do.” And tore me down for ranting here and talking to my best friend about things. I have a hard time opening up to anyone in general. Ranting on Tumblr is different than talking about emotions straight forward and face to face. So when she said that, I just snapped shut like a clam and it’s affecting my relationships now

Dass man immer bleibt, sollte nicht versprochen werden. Weil wir denken, dass Versprechen nicht gebrochen werden. ‘Ich bin immer für dich da’, was gelogen ist, weil niemand da ist, wenn du wieder mal am Boden bist. Weil niemand da ist, wenn die Zeiten sich ändern. Alle Versprechen sind vergessen.
