second journal first caracter

After the hunger games, I was exhausted. The first thing I wanted to do is see my family. I feel sorry for the families of the fallen tributes. They must feel sad to see me and Peeta instead of their son or daughter on the news. The hunger games didn’t ended like we hoped it would. It was a long and fiercefull fight. Everybody sees me as a winner, I don’t. I am not a winner. I am a murderer, a sinner. I shouldn’t be praised. I just want my old life back. Like this never happened. I don’t want the attention. I am not famous, I am sort of infamous. The war is never over, at least my family is happy. I do like the privileges. I can’t be chosen again. Thanks for hearing me out.

The hunger games, Peeta mellark

Hi, my name is Peeta Mellark. I'm here to tell you my story. So as you probably already know we have this event called 'the hunger games', this year it is the 74th hunger games. Each year they choose a girl and boy in each district to go and fight in the arena. So I was there at the lottery and the woman who was on stage, her name is Effie, she said my name. I thought 'shit this can't be happening, I have so much to live for'. I stood on that stage until they took me away from my family. At the capitol, everybody is weird, they're dressed like teletubbies. I had this ally, called 'Katniss', I once saw her at my shop. I heard she could handle the bow and arrow pretty well. I went into the arena and I vanished, I made some friends. Then those friends turned their backs on me, they tried to kill me but I ran. They got me in my leg, so I tried to hide, I hid in rocks by a creek. I am very good at camouflage because I worked at a bakery and I had to decorate cakes. I was badly injured but Katniss came to the rescue. We went into a cave where I stayed most of the time. Katniss went hunting, it's weird because normally the mand needs to go hunting. Anyway, I got some soup and medicine. I felt like I could conquer the world. Then the final contestant was in the arena and we ran for the curnocopia. The boy from district 5 got me. I told katniss to shoot at his hand so He would be distracted, then I threw him on the ground for the dogs to eat him.then I attempted suicide but it's all good now.  Thanks for reading. Peeta.

44th Hunger Games (Katniss)

The weirdest thing just happened to me. So every year there is this thing called 'the hunger games', it's sort of a game in wich 12 girls and 12 boys fight until one of them survives. There are 12 districts, I live in district twelve. We're the mineworkers, my dad used to work in the mines until the elevator collapsed and he died. So each year a girl and boy from district twelve gets chosen to go in the arena. This year was no different. This year my sister, Primrose, was chosen, she's 12. I couldn't let that happen so I volunteered. This was the first time that someone from district 12 volunteered, everyone was shocked. The boy who got chosen, Peeta, was the son of the couple who owns the bakery. I'm a good hunter with my bow and arrow. We were taken away in this huge train with Effie and Haymich (he's my mentor and alcoholic). We were taken to the capitol, it's huge. There are a lot of rich people in the capitol. Before the games we needed to impress sponsors, how more sponsers you get the more chance of survival you have. I got a total of 12 sponsors, wich is great because I thought I could only get like 2 sponsors. Last, we were brought into the arena were we needed to fight for victory. There were these metal tubes in wich we elevated to ground level. If you step of your platform before the clock ends, you'll explode. Haymich told me to run for the mountains with water, that'll increase my chance of survival. There was a group of people who bonded together, safety in numers. I had a friend, True, she passed away because a boy from district 5 impaled her. There was no time to grief. I had to win, for True. The makers announced that you could win with your tribute, so me and Peeta could win as a team. I found him in the rocks, his leg was heavily injured. Sponsors bought him some medicine, his injury healed. On the last day we went to the concornia, it's in the middle of the arena, it's a metal building with weapons inside. We defeated the last person, we were the only two ho survived. The gamemakers came back on their decision, niw their could only be one winner. I didn't want to kill Peeta and he didn't want to kill me. We found some toxic or poisonous berries, if we couldn't win together, no one could win. We were about to ingest these berries when suddenly the gamemakers announced that we could win as a team. We won! Now I'm back in my district. Everyone thinks we're in love but actually we aren't.
