This body is scarred from eating disorders and other forms of self hatred that have collected over the 19 years I have been on this planet while fighting with our shallow society. My body is strong. My body is powerful. My body is healthy. My body is beautiful. To celebrate this temple that my soul currently thrives in, I will decorate it with articles of clothing that express it's magnificence. You can say all you want about how skinny jeans are for the skinny and crop tops are for those with flat stomachs but that won't stop me from wearing whatever the he'll I want. So today is my friend Lauren's birthday. She's okay I guess. I mean it's not like she's the reason I don't go insane while working till 3am or anything. Or like she's my favorite person to scheduled with cuz it's not like we have a great time no matter where we work.
