One minute you’re recovering so well, feeling like life is worth living and you are worth loving. The next you are alone again, feeling 13 years old and harming yourself, reminded of why no one could ever like you in the first place. I fear I will always return back to that person…

when you are very bad for years, people no longer worry.

you become invisible, a ghost.

ㅤദ why reporting 3d accs won't make it better (and even could do worse)

if this type of content is triggering u, u can just block it, accs being taken down isn't making ppl recover, and that's why!

ppl making vent accs for a reason! we are communicating with people with the same struggles, which makes us find comfort and feel better. we can find friends who we can tell something that's been bothering us and what we can't share with other ppl we know! and bottling up our feelings could make it even worse, it's the basic psychology!

we deeply care abt our friends/moots, and we can loose significant connections if our accs are tworded, and this loss might make it even worse, for the both sides.

you can't forse ppl to recover, it's not a recovery then! they only could recover if they want to, and it's a hard job, and anything, even a 'small' thing could make ppl loose their progress. and also, the important thing in recovery is support. that support we are looking for, creating those accs.

"but they are eating way less than a normal person should!" but don't you think they were worse? they might be afraid of eating even like they are now earlier. they could be afraid of eating at all earlier.

and again, what if they don't want to recover now? there could be A LOT of different reasons for it. and this applies not only to 3d, but any other mental illness.

leave tf 3d accs alone and just don't interact with them. you could make the person's mental state worse than it now is by reporting them. if y'all don't understand ppl with 3d, you can't concider them 'dumb' or anything. they are not, they are mentally ill, and need support, not sabotaging.

I honestly don't understand the problem people have with self harm... It's just a coping mechanism like any other. I don't want to k!ll mys3lf so it's not like its dangerous. Nobody has a problem with smoking and drinking even tho they are terrible for you but as soon as I decide to pull out a blade suddenly everyone's panicking.

Mein Problem war schon immer, dass mich andere nie so sehr gebraucht haben, wie ich sie  gebraucht habe.

Vielleicht stirbt man nicht plötzlich. Vielleicht stirbt man Tag für Tag nur ein bisschen bis man dann wirklich tot ist.
